At interstate Toyota Lou Gashi was so welcoming to us. I was worried about buyi ng a new car, but Lou made me feel so secure and explained to me in detail everything that I needed to know. The questions I forgot to ask he answered without me asking. He was so patient with me and my son. The whole experience was amazing and I will continue to go back to him for any other car purchases.
