I am plagued by recurring leg and foot ulcers. In the past, I have dealt with several Wound Care suppliers and Continuum is by far the "Best" that I have ever dealt with. The Customer Care Dept. is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They know my bandaging needs and ensure that I get exactly what I need. Product can be ordered mid-afternoon and have it at my door by the next day. They take care of my Medicare billing without my needing to do anything. Definitely the "Best".

This company is a complete joke. First they tell me that they will give me a loner wheelchair while mine is being fixed, then they tell me that they don't have any loners leaving me stuck. Then they tell me that my parts will be ordered and ready when my insurance approves the repairs. Now they tell me that they did not even order the parts, even though they have the approval. They don't care about whether or not i get injured from not havong a wheelchair. Dont give them any business. Use Abet medical, they are reputable and care about their customers, and guarentee a loner wheelchair when they are doing repairs.
It has now been two weeks since this company looked at my wheelchair, and thet still don't have tbe parts to fix it. This is despite the fact that tbe parts are being sent from PA. There is no excuse for this non- caring attitude. My biggest mistske was using them for the initial purchase of this wheelchair. I have been in touch with several disability rights groups about petitioning the state to remove them from the list of approved Medicaid suppliers. There are other reputable companies to deal with. DON'T GIVE ANY BUSINESS TO CONTINUUM MEDICAL SUPPLIES.

This company is a damn disgrace! The office staff is rude and incompetent. Deliveries for my special needs daughter late every single month and when I call...its almost like I have to remind them to send her supplies! Or I call and a recording says "estmiated time to answer is x amount of minutes" so i wait on hold for x amount of minutes and it sounds like someone picks up the phone and hangs up. They have also denied receiving faxed scripts from her dr that i personally watched the drs office staff fax...and they try to blame it on the drs office for not sending it until I called them on their bullshit! Script was probably trashed on their end! Horrible horrible customer service. I am reporting them to my daughters insurance company this time and anywhere else i can report them too! Im about sick of it.

Interphase has been great with helping my family get my daughters medical supplies. They took the time to explain my insurance benefits, and the authorization process. It made me feel really at ease to know they have my daughters best interest in mind.

If I could give no star I would. My husband was supposed to get his cane delivered on Friday. He can't walk without assistant. No call no delivery. I will be sprakimg eith a manager monday. This is unacceptable!

UN professional, ignorant, rude people. even the supervisors are ignorant. i been with them since december 2016. snf now its march and they dont bring my baby diapers, than they bring me the wrong stuff, than they hang up in your face. just plain oh stupid. they need to shut them down. they dont even deserve the 1 star i gave them.

Customer service is horrendous! Companies should continuously evaluate their employees especially in customer service! If you hate your job then quit do not take it out on the customer. I wish I didn t have to deal with this company and their horrible employees but unfortunately medical supply companies are limited! If possible go with a different company!!!

Since I posted the below review much has happened. Someone finally heard me and they called me and have since been very helpful. I now am dealing with Tina who I must say has been just wonderful. I really feel like finally someone cares about making sure I receive my supplies and that all the steps that must be made prior to me receiving them are taken care of. So unfortunately it had to take me posting this review to get what I needed but I am very happy nonetheless and I hope that this has made Interphases pay a little bit more attention to their customer service staff to make sure that it doesn't happen to anyone else!!! I give then 5 stars for their effort in making sure that this review was changed and I want to thank Tina from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond to see that I am happy!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! You can't go to another place in the area because they are the only ones who have colostomy supplies so your suck dealing with this so be prepared if you have an ostomy cause you WILL RUN OUT. I have never in my life had such problems with any company EVER. Not only do you have to do their job to make sure you get your supplies they are the ones that have no clue what they are doing and then they give you an attitude and act like they are offended that your pissed off and upset. Every time your script comes up for renewal you better save some of your stuff because it takes at least 2 months of excuses and in the end you end up doing their job for them because you can't wait another 2 months but from now on I will call my doc and get the script and call my insurance co to get the approval and call it into them since it's to hard to do 2 simple things. I am going to find anyplace I can to post a review because no one should have to deal with these rude, inconsiderate, lazy people. I was with a place for 2 years and never even knew about needing scripts every 3 months now I know the entire procedure because of having to do their job so I can get what I need. I have called the insurance company for them and gave them my approval # and I have called my doctor to get the script they need to process my order. Unless you want constant headaches find someplace else because this place is a nightmare!!! I wonder how many other people are in the same boat as me? I know that the other review sounds exactly like mine does!!!! They are a complete disaster of a company who need people who know what they are doing and care about their customers because not one of them I have talked to is at least sympathetic to the situation they make it worse with the nasty attitudes and because of their carelessness we suffer.

I have had the pleasure of working with the staff at the PGH office and I cannot say enough about the professional atmosphere and quality care I received! I would HIGHLY recommend Interphase Medical to anyone and everyone; more importantly I have urged my family to use Interphase for their medical supply needs. This staff understands the importance of efficient, patient centered experiences- I would rate them with 5 quality stars over and over again!

I didn't receive my April's supply of pull-uos tha...

I didn't receive my April's supply of pull-uos that were scripted by his doctor. No phone call no delivery. Now I'm trying to find the size my son wears. Smh just really disappointed. My script doesn't run out until November so have no idea why I didn't receive his package.

Worst experience EVER!!!
They are putting my son's health at risk. They keep sending the wrong orders out! Sometimes they just don't deliver your medical supplies at all, and then they lie and say that no one answered the door!

Everyone at this place should be fired, because playing with people's health is not a damn joke! Especially with our children!
Choose a better medical supplier! I've only been with them for 3 months, and still, they can't get NOTHING right!

I'm tired and I'm done. I will be going back to my son's old medical supplier as of NOW!

SHAME ON YOU CONTINUUM! Y'all don't give a damn about the patients or their needs! Y'all are just there for a paycheck doing NOTHING!
