Since I posted the below review much has happened. Someone finally heard me and they called me and have since been very helpful. I now am dealing with Tina who I must say has been just wonderful. I really feel like finally someone cares about making sure I receive my supplies and that all the steps that must be made prior to me receiving them are taken care of. So unfortunately it had to take me posting this review to get what I needed but I am very happy nonetheless and I hope that this has made Interphases pay a little bit more attention to their customer service staff to make sure that it doesn't happen to anyone else!!! I give then 5 stars for their effort in making sure that this review was changed and I want to thank Tina from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond to see that I am happy!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! You can't go to another place in the area because they are the only ones who have colostomy supplies so your suck dealing with this so be prepared if you have an ostomy cause you WILL RUN OUT. I have never in my life had such problems with any company EVER. Not only do you have to do their job to make sure you get your supplies they are the ones that have no clue what they are doing and then they give you an attitude and act like they are offended that your pissed off and upset. Every time your script comes up for renewal you better save some of your stuff because it takes at least 2 months of excuses and in the end you end up doing their job for them because you can't wait another 2 months but from now on I will call my doc and get the script and call my insurance co to get the approval and call it into them since it's to hard to do 2 simple things. I am going to find anyplace I can to post a review because no one should have to deal with these rude, inconsiderate, lazy people. I was with a place for 2 years and never even knew about needing scripts every 3 months now I know the entire procedure because of having to do their job so I can get what I need. I have called the insurance company for them and gave them my approval # and I have called my doctor to get the script they need to process my order. Unless you want constant headaches find someplace else because this place is a nightmare!!! I wonder how many other people are in the same boat as me? I know that the other review sounds exactly like mine does!!!! They are a complete disaster of a company who need people who know what they are doing and care about their customers because not one of them I have talked to is at least sympathetic to the situation they make it worse with the nasty attitudes and because of their carelessness we suffer.
