I only worked with Updash for a brief amount of time but the results were astounding. Rod's expertise was dealing with a specific group of customers and the way he targets them is unparalleled. You don't get fluff in terms of having a high number and less quality. It is very high quality and the way leads are tracked in the backend makes it easy to catch missed opportunities. This program is the real deal and by far the best mail company I have worked with.

I don't write reviews very often but when you receive the kind of service that Joe Newton and the team at Xcel give, I felt it necessary. I couldn't ask for a better vendor/partner than Joe. If I need him after hours or on weekends he always takes my call and that's not something you see to much of anymore. The Xcel crew is tops.

Xcel Media, Rod & Melinda have helped our store tremendously with our Conquest & Dealer Data Base Pieces. Very Prompt, Works great with the Manufacturing to get your co-op funds. Very professional & do not sell you something in your area that will not work. I would recoomend them to any dealership.

I have worked closely with Xcel Media group for a few years now, and I am continuously impressed by the attention to detail and customer service that always goes above and beyond. Our account managers make themselves available to us 24/7, evenings, weekends, holidays, I even interrupted Jessica once while she was chaperoning her son's school field trip. She took my call and found a remedy for my issue right away. The entire staff is top notch and incredibly accommodating. And the owner Geoff is at the cutting edge of the industry, constantly innovating to give us an edge over our competitors. Xcel Media is a solid company full of truly good people. I highly recommend them!!!

I work at dealership in the BDC department . The advertisement for this company is extremely misleading. We were promised a huge success rate involving customer leads as well as appointments. NOT ONE LEAD, ZERO APPOINTMENTS.. I do not recommend their services.

We spent $6500 on the #1 mail piece, did not bring 1 customer in the store, we were told they would send out 2500 more pieces to try and fix the issue, that commitment was not kept.. stay away buyer beware!
