This is the place to go when your furchild needs to get fixed when Hope Spay and Neuter can't get you in!

The staff was SUPER sweet and they were so quick! They were extremely informative and they helped me make a health plan for both pets on a budget !

My sweet bailey was neutered here and they were loving caring and fabulous!

Very unprofessional, sell youbrhinfs you don't need. They gave my dog medication that made her sick, and then refused to treat her with out paying a ridiculously amount of $ up front

I just moved to Ky, and my dog became very sick. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Buffalo Trace. They got my dog in to see them within 2 hours. Dr. Bryant was great, the vet tech was fabulous- they both were very good with people, as well as my dog. 24 hours later, he's back to his old self after a shot there and take home meds. I couldn't be happier!

I always feel comfortable bringing my dogs in to Buffalo Trace. The staff are kind, gentle, and helpful. Each time my fur babies aren t feeling well, someone calls to check on them within a few days. They are also affordable!

They are very nice and treat you like you are a family member. And the prices are pretty affordable.

Wonderful and caring staff! I can't even count the number of times the vet and the staff have called to check on our two dogs after we have had to have sick visits. They are great!!

Buffalo Trace Veterinary is a sweet, small business to take your pet to. Everyone employed there is so nice & knowledgable. We live an hour away from Versailles, Ky and would go there again. We have a cat that was involved in a bad outdoor fight in 2016 and we took him there. The vet, the vet tech & surgeon were awesome. Office personnel is awesome, also. Then, again, yesterday, the same cat, had cancerous growths removed from the tips of his ears. Once again, the same vet, vet tech & surgeon were awesome!

I hope I never have to take my fur babies anywhere other than Buffalo Trace! The entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and incredibly accommodating. We have never had to wait past our appointment time and every action of care necessary for the staff to perform is clearly done with thought and concern for making it as stress free on our animals as possible. The staff here truly cares and it shows.

I have multiple pets and Dr. Jenkins and Dr. Bryant always give excellent care. They refer me to various specialists when needed. They follow up and read reports from these referrals. The staff is warm, caring, and efficient. I recommend Buffalo Trace Vetinary Services!

I've had only good experiences at Buffalo Trace Veterinary Services over the last few years. They were highly recommended to me by a family member. My dogs and cats have been handled kindly and with sincere caring. The vets are thorough with their explanations and options. We have always been treated politely and with respect. I couldn't be happier with the vets, techs, and staff.

I am so pleased with their services. I pulled in the lot, called to let them know I was there, and they came out and got my pup within five minutes. They were very friendly and had him done in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

We traveled 100 miles to have our dog neutered here because of the discount rate that our local vets just didn't offer. The staff was very caring, friendly and understanding of our long travel and made appoint to see our dog was made priority. Facility was very clean and I would recommend this Vet to anyone with a beloved family pet. They even called a week later to check up on our little guy to see that he was making a full recovery!

Dropped my pup off to be fixed before I left for a trip to have another family member pick him up later. I was having the Hope center pay for part of the fix through a special fund they had set up. Normally you pay at the end of service but since I was leaving I paid before. After they finally found where the Hope center had emailed them talking about how they were sponsoring some of it, I paid for my part, $30, and left.

They assured me they d call and tell me how he was, I never received a call. They also failed to tell me that if I purchased a $9 E-Collar that it would help prevent infection and tearing loose his incision.
Now 3 days later, my puppy is back at their clinic with a fever, infection, has lost 2 pounds, is bleeding and bruised. They told my mom when she dropped him back off that I had refused to pay for the collar, mind you this is a collar that I have no clue about, because I could not afford it. So now a $30 surgery has turned into $110+ in vet bills because a $9 collar they didn t tell me about and lied to my mom about.

My puppy also came home with blood on him and bruised around where they fixed him. When my mom called and explained those concerns, they said it was from him being so active. All the dog has done is sleep. Recently my friend had the same thing occur with her cats who were fixed here, infection and ripping of her incisions. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend Buffalo Trace to anyone!!! Pay a little extra and go elsewhere so you don t get slammed with more unexpected vet bills because of their errors. UNFRIENDLY, UNHELPFUL, UNEDUCATED staff that have caused my poor pup to go through so much this week. What good is an affordable vet when they have no idea what they are doing?

Birdie is always comfortable coming here and even with the COVID restrictions, they are so nice that he happily goes along with the friendly and patient staff members who come to the car to get him. Very professional, kind and knowledgable! A treasure for us in Versailles.

The ladys there are real sweet and friendly. They seem to know my fur baby everytime we go in to see them. They take the time to make sure you understand everything that is going on with your fur baby. If you have any questions, they answer them fully and don't leave until you understand everything. They take there time. The ladys there treat the animals just like they are there own babys. Real gentle.

Love this vet office!! The employees are all friendly and treat my fur babies like their children. They are never traumatized after vet visits due to the wonderful caring nature & handling of them.

This is the best practice ever. My dogs are usually very upset when having to visit the vet. Not here!!! The whole staff is super friendly and you can tell they love animals. Quick and easy appointment plus their prices are below average. I look forward to bringing my pets there for many years.

We took 4 cats in after a referral from the Hope clinic, and were seen quickly. One of them is semi-feral and the staff was more than capable of properly handling her. After one of the girls developed an infection the vets quickly saw to it she was diagnosed and prescribed meds to start treating it asap. They are quite knowledgeable and fast acting even with feral or semi feral cats which was important to us as feral caregivers.

Vet techs are not very clear in some of their directions

I have taken my dogs here a couple of times and received outstanding service and care each time. As a matter of fact, I don't even live in Versailles anymore, but I gladly travel back just because I'm so happy with these guys! Keep up the good work.

Our visit with the veterinarian was a great experience. They take care of our pets and care tremendously about the service they deliver. The doctor and the assistants are wonderful with delivering care and we would recommend them to anyone seeking a vet for their animals.

Dr. Jenkins and Geneva are the best! Dr. Jenkins is very personable, kind, and doesn't speak condescendingly to you or expect you to be able to spend outrageous amounts of money. She always gives me options to fit my budget. I trust and value her opinion. Geneva is very helpful and kind. A great quality to have in this type of business. It is a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere there.
