I was a nurse in Japan.
I moved to the United States to transfer my husband. There are also recommendations of my mother-in-law for obtaining a nurse in the United States, and I contact this institution more than half a year ago.
I have sent all translated documents, originals, etc. prepared in Japan, but there is no contact after one month. Even if you contact from here, reply by e-mail is slow, and it is difficult to connect by telephone for only 3 hours.
(It's also a weekday from 1:00 to 3:00)
I was asked if I would like to prepare a translator for myself or send money for a new document I ordered from Japan, so I asked the master's workplace for translation.
After that, we will contact you several times to ask what you want at once.
It has not progressed well after half a year.
Dozens of phone calls and emails, document submissions end with a last thought.
I also confirmed on the phone that no more documents were needed.
When more than a month has passed, an e-mail suddenly comes and says, "How do you translate?"
I asked the translator of the master many months ago about the document and submit it.
I can not see the intention of the story,
"I have said many times, but I have sent both translated and original Japanese. What does that mean? What more do you need? Is that what it means to pay?"
However, the content of the reply is completely different.
The story doesn't even fit anymore.
And at the end of the statement,
It has been half a year now, and the first document I sent was not credible (is not a credible and fake fake license with a seal issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare), high school transcripts, certificate of study ( I asked for high-school direct English and made it) also said that it was unreliable.
Why can you say that to what you sent six months ago now?
It is said that you should search for a translator by yourself, and is this the result of searching and sending?
If that's the case (half a year ago), it might be better to say.
Up until now, I've been looking abroad, but as an international organization this may not be awful.

Complete fraud company. They will take your money and will not provide any service.
I am generally a really patient and understanding person (who has never written a bad review!) but this place is terrible. The person answering the phone was extremely and openly rude. It is not ok to treat people that way- especially people who aren t being rude back and who are paying you for your services! I can t remember the last time I was spoken to that way. How unprofessional and terrible. Also, if you need any additional copies of your report again in the future- you have to pay the same fee you had to pay to have it done in the first place- for A COPY! I guess they can get away with that because they know you don t want to go to another company to have the report done all over again. Also, my report had small inaccuracies which were really annoying to me, even though they didn t affect me getting the license I was seeking.
The customer service of ICD is horrible !! They have a limited window of 3 hours when you can talk and the person on the phone has absolutely no information. When an anticipated date is asked, they just blabber some date in future without any context. Even though they charge extra $200 for expedited process, there is absolutely no expedition at all in the process. I am sure they are running some big scam due to which they are the only recognized institute for a lot of states. If you have had a bad experience please share the message so that some strong action is taken against this institute.
Well, first of all, if this includes a service offering for students from SouthEast Asia, you need to understand how the systems work in those countries. Asking my high school/college to "courier" my transcripts/certificates was a problem. Asking someone to pick those documents for me and then sending those to US was a problem. I had to plan a trip to Pakistan and pay thousands(PKR) to each of my institutions to make sure they prepare the documents/seal it and courier it. Even, asking my University to "courier" the sealed transcripts was not an option. Luckily, since i was there, I paid them fee and requested them to courier the documents for me.
They were willing to email the documents from registrar's account. It would have been fast and saved us all money and time!!!!
We have centralized "board" exam...It would have been easier for everyone to verify and get what you need via email.
The worst part is that my evaluation was sent on 23rd may to the university of my choice. I was told that I will receive a copy of it which I HAVEN"T received as I type!!!! I have, at least, sent 3 emails asking KImberly Wheeler and ICD (icd@icdeval.com) to share the contact they sent the evaluation to the university of my interest. So that I can, myself, request them to send me a copy of my evaluation. But I haven't received a response. Office timings for ICD are ridiculous as well(12:30 to 3:30)???? That's lunch break and chilling time for most offices!!! Work should start at 8!!!
The day I received the notification from fedex that my documents have arrived, I notified Kim. Even told her the name of the guy who received the documents at office. It took her a week to get hold of the documents. A week!!!! I have all the emails from ICD and Kim. I noticed the rude way she would talk and then turning on a courtesy switch, the moment I would include ICD email in our communication. I can go on and on...I do not mind someone calling me from ICD and taking further notes if you really wish to improve:)
I needed credential evaluation and chose ICD due to its low price. It was after paying the fee when I checked google review. I worried a lot with all the negative comments. However, the people were very kind and responsive and the evaluation was completed much earlier than I had expected. It could vary case-by-case, but based on my experience, I am not hesitating to say that it was the best decision to choose ICD.

The worst company to deal with. Their work is very poor and look unprofessional. It s a waste of time and money. Four weeks after paying for evaluation, the work was not. I had to cancel and request a refund which my credit card company is working to get for me. I paid $10 less than what they charged to IFCS and this guy got the job done in less than two hours. If you are looking for a professional looking job, please DO NOT deal with international consultants of Delaware. They are WORST period. My star rating is ZERO.

This company was done such an above excellence job. Sarah Connahan is the girl. She always replied on time to her email. I had a deadline date and she finished the evaluation very quick and I really appreciated it. Very appropriate lady, for me she deserve to be recognize for being a hardworking and making this company amazing!

If I could give less stars I would give a -10! I paid to get a high school diploma from another country certified and they never delivered the document!, I checked multiple times with them and they kept saying "We will send it" but nothing. I am, after 1 1/2 years still waiting for the document.

There is no communication. I overpaid for an evaluation that was done wrong. Not clear with what they want and how they want it. I would not recommend their services to no one.

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with this company. Besides requiring unrealistic documentation, I sent a personal letter asking for a refund due to medical reasons that I could not follow through with my studies. I never heard back from them and even though I have spoken to them by phone and they promised to have someone return my call, no one has... DON'T USE THEM...
No service received. And they kept my money. ICD is a scam. They take your money and never provide an evaluation. I gave them all of the documents they requested, including certified translations. They stoped responding. DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY.
DO NOT use them for your credential evaluation! They were impossible to work with, wouldn't answer my questions, insist on receiving documents that don't exist, and they wouldn't refund my money even though I decided not to use them after all. I ended up using Foreign Credits, instead, and they were soooo much better - easy to work with, everything could be done online, professional website, had the evaluation back in less than two weeks.
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and one of the most disorganized companies I've ever come across. They told me that my files had been forwarded to my case manager, but weeks later when nothing had been processed, another agent told me that I didn't have a case manager. How the NCCAOM thought it was a good idea to sub-contract to this company is beyond my reckoning and gives me a very bad impression of that organization as well.

I am still in very bad experience, I submitted 3 order for the equivalence of my degrees( doctorate, M.Sc and B.Sc) since 2 month ago. I paid around $425 and They did nothing for me, since the universities in my home country can not directly contact any private international office. I contacted the manger and explained in details, but nothing solved, even they did not reply now either to my emails or my calls. I got lost with this International Consultant of Delware and I recommend to avoid this place. You will loose your time and money. I will submit my problem to all the boards of certification to remove them from their lists.
This is a follow up after 6 month: The Manger tried to contact my home institute at Egypt , but ICD did not get any reply. They returned me back $ 350 as a refund on August, after I contacted the manger many times.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They are very unprofessional, take months to respond to my inquiries, and are rude when they do. They have delayed my accreditation process by several months due to their lack of responsiveness. I would strongly urge you to use another company.
Totally wasted my money .. not trust worthy at all.. they been telling me that they have mailed my papers but never received even after five requests .. and said if I need the tracking no I need to pay extra 40 dollars to get tracking no and can't do it online or over pone of have to mail a draft to them and hand write my requests. DO NOT USE. I think they warrant a BBB or Atty General Complaint, complaint with the CA bar. I think they are not conducting evaluations competently - they missed relevant information necessary to do my report accurately. It seems borderline fraud.
BAD quality!!! Avoid this company!!!! ICD does not follow the same standards as the rest of the members of the NACES group, and will refuse to send you the original copy of your evaluation document. They do not use quality paper and you will receive your evaluation in a black and white copy (The word COPY-stamped in RED FONT) and in bad shape. Their quality of customer service is GARBAGE!
I am a Dean of a major Land Grant university in the USA and have career long experience in international credentialling. I make this report on my own behalf and as an individual. I can report that this company is less than competent - particularly Sarah Connohan. If you have a choice, choose another service provider. This company showed no capacity to understand international qualifications credentialing and to translate credentials that would normally be well understood in an international context into a US context - the specific instance I am referring to was not even a difficult translation. The company made errors at multiple steps along the way, were unable to post basic documents to addresses that were correctly provided, after admitting these deficiencies they were incapable of correcting the situation. They appear to be interested in the commissions and then in fleecing applicants to keep paying to receive the service they paid for at step one. In particular Sarah Connohan appears to be particularly unhelpful and quite frankly incompetent. In the specific case I am referring to there is no contraversy over the credentials, just incompetent processing on behalf of ICD, and at this point in time, coming up to five months into the process, with all payments and correct documents and details provided at the beginning of the process, this company has been unable to provide the service that they advertise and for which they were commissioned. Do not use them, remove them from your recommended lists and remove also their parent company CGFNS.
I can not believe that this place is not still closed in America where I am impressive about good laws. International Delaware Consultants works for education for evaluating international document, but they steal your money and do not work for you. Do not trust them. They do not work for me while I paid for them. They did not refund if I requested. I am no idea why?. This is my stupid experience about this place. I came to see them in person , showed them my document. He said he will evaluate. He told me going to public notaries ,and applied online and paid $225 for 5 days. Then he requested me many things. I done this thing, continuely he wanted me doing another one.... he just played around with me. I am tired with them and do not trust them at all. I want my money back, they say no policy to refund. I applied on June 29 2016 until now I do not heard anything from them.Many people can not talk to their boss manager to get their money back. They are just quiet and one the same guy talking on the phone. Please please no one connects and works with them. They will steal your money and waste your time.
