Well, first of all, if this includes a service offering for students from SouthEast Asia, you need to understand how the systems work in those countries. Asking my high school/college to "courier" my transcripts/certificates was a problem. Asking someone to pick those documents for me and then sending those to US was a problem. I had to plan a trip to Pakistan and pay thousands(PKR) to each of my institutions to make sure they prepare the documents/seal it and courier it. Even, asking my University to "courier" the sealed transcripts was not an option. Luckily, since i was there, I paid them fee and requested them to courier the documents for me.

They were willing to email the documents from registrar's account. It would have been fast and saved us all money and time!!!!

We have centralized "board" exam...It would have been easier for everyone to verify and get what you need via email.

The worst part is that my evaluation was sent on 23rd may to the university of my choice. I was told that I will receive a copy of it which I HAVEN"T received as I type!!!! I have, at least, sent 3 emails asking KImberly Wheeler and ICD (icd@icdeval.com) to share the contact they sent the evaluation to the university of my interest. So that I can, myself, request them to send me a copy of my evaluation. But I haven't received a response. Office timings for ICD are ridiculous as well(12:30 to 3:30)???? That's lunch break and chilling time for most offices!!! Work should start at 8!!!

The day I received the notification from fedex that my documents have arrived, I notified Kim. Even told her the name of the guy who received the documents at office. It took her a week to get hold of the documents. A week!!!! I have all the emails from ICD and Kim. I noticed the rude way she would talk and then turning on a courtesy switch, the moment I would include ICD email in our communication. I can go on and on...I do not mind someone calling me from ICD and taking further notes if you really wish to improve:)
