I am generally a really patient and understanding person (who has never written a bad review!) but this place is terrible. The person answering the phone was extremely and openly rude. It is not ok to treat people that way- especially people who aren t being rude back and who are paying you for your services! I can t remember the last time I was spoken to that way. How unprofessional and terrible. Also, if you need any additional copies of your report again in the future- you have to pay the same fee you had to pay to have it done in the first place- for A COPY! I guess they can get away with that because they know you don t want to go to another company to have the report done all over again. Also, my report had small inaccuracies which were really annoying to me, even though they didn t affect me getting the license I was seeking.
