DO NOT use them for your credential evaluation! They were impossible to work with, wouldn't answer my questions, insist on receiving documents that don't exist, and they wouldn't refund my money even though I decided not to use them after all. I ended up using Foreign Credits, instead, and they were soooo much better - easy to work with, everything could be done online, professional website, had the evaluation back in less than two weeks.
