Totally wasted my money .. not trust worthy at all...

Totally wasted my money .. not trust worthy at all.. they been telling me that they have mailed my papers but never received even after five requests .. and said if I need the tracking no I need to pay extra 40 dollars to get tracking no and can't do it online or over pone of have to mail a draft to them and hand write my requests. Please don't waste your money
