The customer service of ICD is horrible !! They have a limited window of 3 hours when you can talk and the person on the phone has absolutely no information. When an anticipated date is asked, they just blabber some date in future without any context. Even though they charge extra $200 for expedited process, there is absolutely no expedition at all in the process. I am sure they are running some big scam due to which they are the only recognized institute for a lot of states. If you have had a bad experience please share the message so that some strong action is taken against this institute.
