If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and one of the most disorganized companies I've ever come across. They told me that my files had been forwarded to my case manager, but weeks later when nothing had been processed, another agent told me that I didn't have a case manager. How the NCCAOM thought it was a good idea to sub-contract to this company is beyond my reckoning and gives me a very bad impression of that organization as well.
