I am still in very bad experience, I submitted 3 order for the equivalence of my degrees( doctorate, M.Sc and B.Sc) since 2 month ago. I paid around $425 and They did nothing for me, since the universities in my home country can not directly contact any private international office. I contacted the manger and explained in details, but nothing solved, even they did not reply now either to my emails or my calls. I got lost with this International Consultant of Delware and I recommend to avoid this place. You will loose your time and money. I will submit my problem to all the boards of certification to remove them from their lists.
This is a follow up after 6 month: The Manger tried to contact my home institute at Egypt , but ICD did not get any reply. They returned me back $ 350 as a refund on August, after I contacted the manger many times.
