This review will be updated accordingly in the next few days as I continue my stay here. But what is missing here so far is: the universal electrical outlet that is located in the desk by most of ICs I have stayed in where you can plug any form of electrical plugs from different countries. 2nd, the light kill switch next to bed that supposed to turn off all light is skipping the desk lamp, which if turned you requires you to step out from bed and switch it off manually. 3rd, for some reason they restrict the A/C temperature scoop that you can chose inside the room (it will not go below 22') so you need to call up and the lower the temperature for you remotely. Otherwise this hotel is spotless clean and modern, new, contemporary, with professional staff and all the perks you would excpect from IHG and specially if you are an Ambassador. As being said regarding new, it still has the paint and finishing smells inside the rooms which is annoying and should have been taking care of before opening.

Attended only the Peninsula Restaurant as a three course meal with a glass of champagne had been received as a gift. On the outside the building is not the most attractive but inside the decor is lovely and the staff were very helpful. The food was wonderful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the underground. You can get to the O2 through a special passageway too so no need to get wet! The rooms are spacious and well equipped with tea, coffee and toiletries. Breakfast is plentiful and worth every penny. Staff are polite and helpful. The Peninsula restaurant is fabulous with fantastic views across the river.

I was surprised with afternoon tea followed by Swedish neck, shoulder and back massage which was amazing.

During afternoon tea we were waited on by Catalina who did a fab job tending to our every need. She made our first experience there perfect by recommending different tea I might like which I did and nicely answering all I questions. Catalina and the other staff also sang Happy Birthday to me and provided me with a small dessert. I thought this was soo cute. Special thanks to them all!!

The massage was great too and I left feeling a lot better than I arrived. Will definitely return again.

Love coming here, the service is really good. The welcome in reception to the team at breakfast in the morning. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious with great views. If you are coming to London for a concert and want to stay in a great place afterwards this is for you. As there is the new Icon outlet in the O2 and Sky studios you can do loads of shopping, leave it in your room and hit the concert. Dont forget to go on the Emirates cable car and on the Thames clipper boats to see London at its best. I was on the 9th floor in 919 and it was a good room.

Fantastic 5 star hotel. 2 minute walk to The O2, 5 minute walk to North Greenwich Station which will take you to all destinations in London. The service at the hotel was great, so friendly and helpful, really attentive. The indoor pool and spa is just brilliant, the pool is large with a jacuzzi pool, sauna and steam room. Very plush. My son and I enjoyed it very much. We had a superior deluxe room with river view. Huge, spacious and very much 5 star. Good up to the Sky Bar on the 18th floor for breathtaking views of The City! Will definitely visit again.

As a Filmmaker Who films in Central London often this Hotel is great on may levels for me and my crew when not working solo. It has a decent parking area on site and local to underground station. It has an array of facitiies to help relax after a long day of filming and also a great place to host meetings and give presentations with its huge hall. Its very pleasant throughout the hotel in design. The standard rooms are a little on the small side but the higher tier rooms are more comfortable especially when I have bags of equipment. James Martini Films gives it a thumbs up for quality and convenience!

Was there for a professional event. The lighting and sound was really well organised. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff providing food were helpful and provided fresh food constantly. Overall very positive experience.

Great Hotel with amazing amenities and easy access to the O2. You can find nearly anything to eat and do at the O2. Easy access to the tube and Emirates Sky Car. If planning on staying here it's about 1-1.5hrs from Heathrow Airport. London City airport is very near by and probably makes for a better arrival airport.

Realitvely nice accommodations. Housekeeping seems to be missing the small details. I.e. no shampoo, very dusty fan guard in bathroom, etc. Dinner in the brasserie was good as expected.

This is a lovely big hotel with unbelievably friendly staff, and don't get me started on the breakfast buffet - it has a fantastically good range of hot & cold foods, cereals, fruits & drinks.

The room I stayed in was extremely spacious with a large, comfy bed, in-room tea & coffee machine, and the biggest bathroom I've had in a hotel. Good views out to London and The O2, too!

Great hotel, excellent service and lovely restaurant and eating areas. Modern, bright and huge selection of drinks in both the clipper and sky bars. Dinner service very slow but great food. 2 minute walk to the o2.

My boyfriend and I just had a 1 night stay here after a show at the O2. I booked the show before Christmas and unexpectedly my boyfriend had an operation on his ankle 2 weeks ago and is on crutches, he was still determined to go so we decided to stay here. The staff were amazing, they got us a wheelchair to borrow around the hotel as he was struggling quite a bit, they phoned us once we got to our room to make sure everything was ok and if they could do anything else for us. They upgraded our room and we ended up having an amazing view over Canary Wharf. The room was lovely, more than I expected. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know if they plan to go to the O2.

The main reason for staying at the hotel was for the spa but as the spa reception would not answer their phone we was not able to get the twin appointment that we wanted and since sending an email to voice our disappointment we have not received any reply.

Second stay at this hotel. Although it can be expensive at times, it is a great hotel with great facilities and service. It has a walkway from the hotel directly into the O2 making it an ideal option if attending an evening event at the O2. Lovely restaurants and a great bar on both the ground and 16th floor with views if the river Thames and the Canary Wharf skyline, coupled with the outlet shopping within the O2 itself make it a good base.
