Read the other reviews, they are all 100% on point. How does it reflect on an HOA that every single review of their organization is scathingly negative?
Stay away; consumer BEWARE.

Be very careful before doing any business with this company. Ironically named.
Over the years Integra and I have worked together. All experiences with the staff have been professional, ethical and organized. They are great people and skilled at there services.
I couldn't agree more with the other reviews! This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't seem to understand who the customer is and how they get paid. They are horribly rude on the phone when you call for any reason, which would be fine if they could at least manage the simple task of processing our dues payments correctly. I will be talking to our HOA about finding a new property management company.
My experience with Integra has been awful. Their front desk desk staff members are rude and full of excuses. They have no real interest in helping condo owners and instead will look for any opportunity to deflect responsibility away from themselves. If you are considering buying a condo in Bellingham be sure to check the management company first. My suggestion is that you AVOID any building managed by this company.
The staff at Integra is always extremely rude and as a company they are non-compliant with simple HOA duties.
We have had multiple interactions with Integra in which they have lost keys, blamed us for it, yelled at us and then told US that we were unprofessional, incorrectly identified who the owners of the property were, and generally have been very unpleasant to deal with.
Edit: September 2020. Cindy and Tess have threatened to drop our HOA as a client if I was elected to the board, and told our current board members Good Luck finding another property management company to take you. How much more unprofessional can you get?
They also took 6 months to resolve a simple ceiling tile that fell onto our walkway.
I'll preface by saying, based on my recent encounter with Integra I was quite shocked to see all the negative reviews. I can only presume that my positive experience with Integra is perhaps a result of that feedback and reflection on how a company should engage with it's customers or it's customer's customers.
Recently I had learned that my HOA had changed brokers, I also realized my HOA fees had not been getting deducted because of the change (technically my fault). I called Integra and the lady I spoke with gave me some good advice on options. About 20 minutes later I drive to their location and spoke with Sadie to determine the next steps of resolving my "faux pas"! Sadie explained to me what I needed to do to get my account up to date. She was helpful, respectful and considerate of my situation. I had accumulated late fees due to the confusion and she explained to me the steps to take to request resolution without penalty from the HOA Board. I felt she went above and beyond in my situation, even facilitating the communication to the Board rather me having to write a letter and sending it in the mail. (way inconvenient!!! )
Anyway not to negate others experiences and frustrations, I feel its important for people to have a platform to express their dissatisfaction. I also think its important to give credit where credit is due, so Saide.....thank you very much for your help, I truly appreciated it.
In response to Integra's response to Kat DeVaney:
Your response is simply false. It is plain you have no problem being dishonest with your customers. At your company's request, to accommodate fire inspections for which we would not be present, we have dropped off no fewer than three keys with your company, two of which you have no record of. These were handed to the secretary who promised to keep them on file, which never happened.
Regarding changing the owners of the property, it makes sense that someone would need to change the record in person. That is a reasonable request, and not the issue we had with your company. The problem we had was with Tess and Cindyrae, the owners of Integra. Your secretary and staff were fine, and looked embarrassed to be involved with this situation. Property management companies have a history of being falsely maligned. In this case your impatience in explaining the situation, the fact that you did not stay in the room to continue the conversation, instead choosing to scream names at me from the other room, and your unwillingness to even talk to me because my name was not on the document, instead making me call my mother-in-law (whose name was on the document), then refusing to talk to her once she was on the line; all of these issues are why we gave you a negative review.
Instead of taking responsibility for your actions as owners of the company, you choose to disparage your customers. This is why we call you unprofessional and rude.
I made my displeasure known calmly, without raising my voice. I told you I was frustrated, that I did not appreciate being yelled at from other rooms, and that I expected an apology. Apparently you interpret this as being loud. When no apology was forthcoming, I left.
Awful company. I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewers.
I deal with Integra as a tenant. They have threatened to evict me and have also threatened me otherwise - for no good reason. I am a solid tenant. My rent is always paid on time and take exemplary care of the property I inhabit.
Unfortunately, the damage has been done and my rating likely won't go much higher than this. After a horrible couple of days dealing with Tiffany and Tess, the owner, Cindyrae stepped in and we were able to find some common ground.
Avoid this place.
Have rented from them for 3 years now, easy to deal with.
Made me pay electric bill of the tenant who lived in my unit after me. I called them and PSE at least 4 times trying to clear it up until they finally said it was taken care of. I just opened my electric bill for this month at my new place and they snuck it on there as a charge from a previous address. Shady af.
I am a long term Board Member of an HOA in Blaine Wa. I and our association have been associated with Integra and Tess and Cindy Rae for more than 10 years as our Property Managers. We have always found them to be very professional, extremely helpful and experts in providing the oversite and planning we require.
I talked with Tess on the phone because I am in the process of buying a condo under her management. She was rude and seemed to resent answering my questions. Finally she told me she gets paid for answering questions. My mortgage broker contacted her and found she wants $250.00 for filling out a questionnaire that I have to have. The attitude Tess displayed just makes this already stressful process more so. I hope they are fired soon.
I have tried to contact manager several times within the past two years, left my phone number requesting call back , she has not returned any of my calls , receptionist always states she is out to lunch or in a meeting , called this time due to fire issue , no return call again , not very professional of this management company .
Yes, yes, yes! Sadie Sullivan, the absolute most unprofessional of the bunch. No clue how to speak to homeowners. Thank you so much to all of the other reviewers who are posting about their negative experiences with this company. I am thinking these reviews should be sent to the better business bureau. I could tell my entire story but it would be the exact same as every one of you. Worst customer service ever, they try their hardest not to fix anything or spend money in any way even when it's their legal responsibility. My experience with the maintenance guy they were using to respond to any repairs (Mike) was an absolute nightmare, and then rather than apologizing for everything, they defended him and blamed me! The worst experience I have ever had with a prop management company. I may have to file a homeowners insurance claim for something that is their responsibility to fix because they seem to be refusing to fix it. They are rude and belittling over the phone and email, even seem like they don't want to help you in person. I echo the sentiments of another reviewer who said they don't even want to give 1 star.
I don't even want to give them a star! And after reading their 'mission statement' I wonder what they are supposed to do for us, unless being super disrespectful is one of their tenets. Someone at the company told us to do something, then 'the owner' charged us a large fee for doing that exact thing. And then she spoke to us as if we were trying to steal something from her. Maybe she just felt like picking on someone today, and we drew the short straw! Or maybe it's time to look at all these negative reviews and realize that you suck at what you do.
I rented a condo in birch bay through Integra years ago and had the WORST experience I have EVER had with any kind of business of that kind. I always look back on it and laugh at the irony of their name. From my experience they are completely lacking in integrity. They did not inform me about the home owners association fees until I had already paid a down payment and i felt like I was surprised by other extra costs I was not originally informed about. The people I dealt with were rude. I got out of that lease as soon as I could. They did NOT make that easy and I lost a lot of money. That part is understandable except for the way it was handled was very bad. It is my belief they made it more difficult than need be out of spite (even though they were already making a profit off the extra fines and deposits, they also did not lose any rent). But I was not comfortable living under a management company like this. Losing some money was better than living under their thumb.
You would be wise to listen to your fellows and look elsewhere for a living situation.
Sorry to say this, but don't do any business with them. Don't trust their websites because it's not true.
The stuffs are rude on the phone/in person. Unprofessional.
My advice is be far away from them.
I have never felt so awful about customer service than I have with this company. In particular one person Sadie Sullivan, the way I was treated by her was incomprehensible. I was simply trying to resolve an issue and she consistently talked down to me and even raised her voice towards me. STAY AWAY
