Reasonable prices on trendy shoes. The downside is that they never seem to have my size in the shoes I like (8 1/2 or 9).
So i was going to get stuff for my sister, noticed that she didnt have a bathingsuit and we're about to go swimming, so I went to get bathingsuits in the isle. I saw there were so many beautiful bathing suits! There was one i loved the most so I got it.
Shoes are in style and shipping is good. There was a small misunderstanding and there customer service is amazing. They replied quickly and resolved the issue the best they could. I got a bit frustrated and there representative stated respectful even though at the end of the day I was the one wrong I love all of my shoes and I recommend Shoe Nami 100%
I walk in and all of the employees have their eyes glued to their phones. I don't expect to be pampered, but I'd expect at least ONE of the two employees to look alert in case a customer needs help or someone is trying to shoplift.
After a thorough walk through the whole store, I got no attention from the employees even though I was the only customer in there, so I left.
