A brilliant company to deal with, from helping to find the right mortgage company and getting a mortagage in principle to be able to put an offer in on a house, so helpful. The mortgage offer took a while to come through as the mortgage company had a back log due to lock down, however Intouch kept me up to date and always answered my queries promptly. Friendly, professional and extremely helpful, would not hesitate to recommend.

This is a nasty company.
Rude and Racist staff who think it is acceptable to talk in a derogatory manner to people from an ethnic background.
I was so shocked by the way a manager called James Gregor spoke to my wife, she cannot speak English very well his attitude was disgusting, the comments he made about my wife s origin are wholly unacceptable in this day and age.
We only called this company because the builder TAYLOR WIMPEY said that we needed to do a financial check to buy a property from them.
We ended up speaking to the other company they use called NEW HOMES MORTGAGE SERVICES and they were wonderful, helpful, and allowed us to reserve our dream house.
We have written a formal complaint to Steven Ball and Peter Redfern of Taylor Wimpey to highlight in detail the issues we had with this company and the exact nature of the comments made which we believe to be wholly racist. We are also seeking legal advice and reporting this to the Police.
Please stay away from this company! we hope that nobody else has the same experience as we did with in touch advice.
We would definitely recommend InTouch to others. The level of customer service we've received has been excellent, especially Beverley who went out of her way to put us at ease and to find us the right mortgage for us.

We re both so incredibly happy with the service that was offered. It s made the whole process of securing a mortgage SO much easier and significantly less stressful which has been ideal given we both spend a lot of time working. I think we genuinely would have been lost without InTouch supporting us through the process up to this point.

From the initial point of contact which was Bev who dealt with a melt down here and there when I didn t understand things or was panicking, to the overall point of contact, Jorgia, who did the same and more as well as providing frequent communication, regular updates and support as and when we needed it as well as really working on the case and getting in touch with the relevant people to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible even given the times we re currently in.

I m not going to lie; when I first started looking into getting a mortgage it was the one thing ever that has made me feel completely stupid! I was recommended Intouch and I couldn t be happier with the service! James McGregor came to my mams house one night (making it so much easier to organise with work etc!) and talked me through the process. We encountered various problems (such as a problem with an old o2 account, as well as me suffering an injury which put everything on hold) and James was constantly getting in touch with me updating on progress and making sure I was happy with what was happening.
Would 100% recommend to anyone, absolutely fantastic company to deal with!

You say you are regulated by FCA - you DO NOT employ the advised behaviour of a broker, again I am an example of that.
Recommendations may be based on personal circumstances, the issue was not the recommendations but your behaviour and how you DO NOT work for the CUSTOMER but the HOUSE BUILDER who you have ties with and who gives you YOUR BUSINESS.
You are NOT fooling anyone. Any person reading my review will be put off by you, but clearly this won't impact you as any person buying a new build from a developer, the business model is that they are FORCED to have to come to YOU, BEFORE the developer even talks to the buyer. So people DO NOT come to you by choice but by coercion.

Do not use horendouse customer service they will be helpful at first until they take there cut and then after that your on your own the people that come to your house get hired by them and are self employed you will fined they do not answer phone or helpful in anyway all face value it's just a money making sceam and do not care about the individual, can't even bother ringing after 5 even though there open till 7 You will not get an answer you have been warned I'd give 0 stares but I can't.
We were recommended to contact InTouch for our mortgage application through the sales office and they did not disappoint. From the start they were so informative, helpful and supportive. They helped with everything, from affordability to insurance and budgeting. Bev made everything very clear and found the best mortgage to suit our requirements. We were put through to In Touch by Taylor Wimpey. They've been fantastic, totally on top Of things from the beginning. It just made our lives so much easier. There response times are great and we're always super helpful. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

They messed up or mortgage application and we lost our buyer due to the delays caused our mortgage broker andrew at in-touch financial. Taylor wimped pushed us to use them and I wish we didn t!

We got a mortgage agreed within 4 days with London and county who were fantastic! Independent, sorted out help to buy paperwork and most importantly they are free or charge!!!!

Great professional service from Beverly and the team. We rang them in a bit of a panic to begin with as we needed to obtain a mortgage offer "in principle" as soon as possible to secure an offer on a house with multiple bidders. They advised us accordingly based on circumstances and turned this around in a few hours.
Following that we went through a thorough advice process and secured a suitable mortgage. Beverley takes care to understand client requirements and the products most suited from a range of possible lenders. They don't appear to be restricted to any particular lenders and have access to whole market. Following the advice I did my own search and couldn't find anything that beat it in terms of cost etc.
The team are always there to pick-up the phone and to provide an update and will contact the provider to chase things up if needed. Always kept us up to date.
Beverly also advised on our protection and insurance requirements specific to our mortgage.
All in all, great service and would use again!

Excellent service from start to finish. My partner and I didn't think getting on the property ladder was an option for us and just popped into a new build site for a look around. We were then passed InTouch financial's contact details and thought we might as well have a chat and see where we are at.
it is at this point we spoke to their qualifications team who took a few of our details and informed us it was affordable for us to get the house of our dreams with a 5% deposit using the help to buy scheme.
After we reserved the property InTouch sent a mortgage advisor out to see us face to face (they came out to see us in our own home at 6pm which meant i didn't have to take any time off work!! Amazing!)
The advisor explained everything in detail and got us an amazing mortgage deal which was more than affordable and also organised life insurance, critical illness insurance and income protection which means myself or my partner have the peace of mind that our mortgage will be paid if the worst was to happen. To think that InTouch offer this service free of charge is astonishing! I would advise anyone looking to buy there first home or looking to move house to get in contact with these guys!

This was handled very well and within a couple of days the mortgage was agreed in principle. Once we decided to proceed Kris became our mortgage adviser. They lost all of our personal documents when we applied for a mortgage and caused us so many problems as these were originals and we had to run around and get duplicate bank statements and payslips etc for our mortgage with another broker.
They have not apologised and we have complained to Taylor Wimpey s Managing Director so they stop using this incompetent mortgage firm for its customers.
They lie to you and the company owner just laughed when I said I would complain to the regulator! I said that I would write a review on here and he said my staff will just put positive reviews whenever we get a bad one so don t believe any positive review on here or trust pilot.

We could of been moved 5 months ago if we just went to them first! Absolute bunch of jokers.

Very surprised to be honest. The mortgage process was painless from beginning to just after we exchanged, and when the lender messed up, inTouch were reassuring and managed the situation really well, resulting in us having no delays and moving home on time with a great mortgage deal.
Avoid them like plague, get a mortgage broker who cares about getting you the best deal and not get a deal best for them. They will try to push for mortgage lenders that offer them better commission rate, do your research before asking them to deal with your case. Once they sell you mortgage then they will push for other financial products, don't fall into the loop as aftercare is rubbish!!!
Once they have your business they don't give a damn. You were warned.
