ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE! This company are a JOKE. AVOID. THEY DO NOT SPEND TIME IF YOUR CASE IS NOT 'SIMPLE EASY MONEY FOR THEM' THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO CALLS/EMAILS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. ANDREW LEE IS THE WORST OF THE LOT. BUYING A HOUSE IS A BIG PURCHASE, & SELDOM EASY, BUT IF THEY GET SOMETHING THEY HAVE TO SPEND MORE THAN 5 MINS ON ITS NOT WORTH SPENDING THE TIME. I UNDERSTAND IT'S A MONEY SPINNER FOR THEM, WHY SPEND TIME CHASING COMPLEX CASES. BUT BEING DISCOURTEOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS JUST NOT ON! REALLY FEEL SO STRONGLY ABOUT THE JOKE AND CON THAT THIS COMPANY IS. THEY ARE CONNECTED TO TAYLOR WIMPEY AND TW WILL PUSH YOU TO THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ANYONE WHO HAS A POSITIVE REVIEW I SUSPECT HAVE BOUGHT USING HELP TO BUY OR SOME OTHER SCHEME AS THEY ARE EASY FOR THESE LOT. ANDREW LEE IS HONESTLY THE WORST PERSON TO DEAL WITH. THEY ACTIVELY AVOID YOU! IF THEY DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE ARSED, THEN THAT IS FINE BY ME, AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO SAY SO. By definition, you are NOT passionate about customer outcomes, I am an example of that as well as many others.

You say you are regulated by FCA - you DO NOT employ the advised behaviour of a broker, again I am an example of that.

Recommendations may be based on personal circumstances, the issue was not the recommendations but your behaviour and how you DO NOT work for the CUSTOMER but the HOUSE BUILDER who you have ties with and who gives you YOUR BUSINESS.

You are NOT fooling anyone. Any person reading my review will be put off by you, but clearly this won't impact you as any person buying a new build from a developer, the business model is that they are FORCED to have to come to YOU, BEFORE the developer even talks to the buyer. So people DO NOT come to you by choice but by coercion.
