They lost all of our personal documents when we applied for a mortgage and caused us so many problems as these were originals and we had to run around and get duplicate bank statements and payslips etc for our mortgage with another broker.

They have not apologised and we have complained to Taylor Wimpey s Managing Director so they stop using this incompetent mortgage firm for its customers.

They lie to you and the company owner just laughed when I said I would complain to the regulator! I said that I would write a review on here and he said my staff will just put positive reviews whenever we get a bad one so don t believe any positive review on here or trust pilot.

Use New Homes mortgage services who are the other brokers for Taylor Wimpey and they sorted us out, thanks to Andy and Craig!!
