Wow avoid this company like COVID-19 the worst and most unprofessional company I ve ever came across!! 16 long weeks of being messed around being told different things being passed onto different people who quite frankly couldn t be bothered with us, not one person communicates or has any clue what they are doing especially Andrew Shields USELESS.... and we are still waiting for someone to get back to us that was 6 weeks ago. Fortunately we went to a decent company 313 financial and had a long awaited mortgage offer within 16 days!! Don t waste your time people god knows why Taylor wimpey advise them RUBBISH....
