I don't consider it worth the money compared to similar theaters. It is also pretty expensive but my daughter likes it.

The productions I have attended have left me feeling as though I've watched a an after school special.
We have been numerous times and have never been disappointed. This is an amazing place. We always take a group of kids and adults. The plays are so moving. The performers are incredible! We are buying season tickets next year!!!!!!!!!
Not a bad seat in the house and they cast great actors
A very professional show. My 5 year old grandson was very entertained and asked if we could come back.
Wonderful experience every time! Perfect for kids AND adults!!!
Very nice place to go. You really should see this place. It was magical. Saw a show about bug friends.
Nice little theater. Great place for kids to enjoy a show. The cast was talented & enthusiastic.
We watched Mr. Popper's Penguins. It was a fun musical for late elementary kids.
Its awesome awesome awesomeness. And so family friendly can be expensive but its an experience not soon forgotten ever
Cute shows geared toward preschool & kindergartner age kids. Could be more comfortable and have kid size chairs rather than have majority sitting on a dirty hard floor. Creative & fun cast.
The Coterie Theatre produces exceptional performances, each and every show is so much more than you might expect for a Youth Theatre. Don't let that fool you into thinking its going to be anything less than top notch!
Both as an actor and a patron this theatre does quality work every time. They do important work with our most important minds.
Such an amazing place! The people where kind and me and my family had a great experience! I will definitely return!
We had a great experience at The Coterie. We saw Elephant and Piggie's "We Are In A Play." It far exceeded our expectations. They held the attention of the audience which was full of young kids on up to older adults. The acting was top notch. I love how small the theater is- there's not a bad seat in the house. We're so glad to support this little theater. We can't wait to come to another show.
Thank you for a fun filled mommy/ daughter date we enjoyed every exciting moment
We saw Charlie Brown Christmas today. It was a great show! The run time was perfect for children with shorter attention spans, there are no bad seats and the shows are family friendly. Well done set and acting as well.
This a fantastic little theater. Very kid and family oriented. My daughter has loved everything we've seen here. Located in Crown Center it is easy to make the Coterie a whole day experience. They do various productions, some original as well. Tickets are typically reasonable.
Such a fantastic experience with my girls and their Girl Scout troop! Definitely going back!
I took my class here on a field trip to see Tuck Everlasting. They were mesmerized by the acting and the setup of the theatre - the actors perform throughout the audience space, in addition to the stage!
Clean, comfortable, prompt and professional. I mean, the line to get in went fast. My Wife wasn't with us and they were understanding. They let her come in without a ticket, trusting her to come back with one, which made things easy. The kids all get to sit up near the stage, and the staff are attentive regarding child spacing and safety (although some parents definitely check out!). The age range was big and the kids loved it. The actors were high quality and energy. The costuming was creative and immersive. The stage crew was invisible, which is about as high a compliment as they get (previous stage crew member speaking). I really liked the chemistry of the lead actors playing Piggy and Gerald, they seemed to really like and appreciate ea h other which obviously helps their portrayal. The squirrels were great and might have stolen the show if the leads weren't so strong. Anyway, bring your kid here it's a lot of fun, and an excellent place to start their appreciation of theater.
Amazing theatre company that gets children engaged in arts
Very fun to watch performances! Also taking some acting and comedy classes there. Had a great time
Great atmosphere, fun shows, excellent cast and crew
THIS IS THE WORST THEATRE EVER!!!!! DONT EVEN GO TO THAT PLACE BECAUSE ITS HORRIBLE
Inside of crown center! First visit to the theater and it was fun going and seeing the Charlie Brown play with the grandsons!!
Had a great time with my granddaughter seeing Beat Bugs. Will definitely be back to see another play.
The Elephant and Piggie show was great! Held the attention of my 6 and 3 yr old!
This is the best theatre for young audiences. I love the floor seating. We have made many memories here. When the shows are sold out, I try to get in on standby seating. They are very nice about it. I love coming here. We have been four times.
This place is magical! I love it! You will make such fun memories here watching all the enchanting talent.
Have taken my 4 year old daughter to two performances in the last year and can't wait to go back for more.
Great space and exceptional talent.
I have been to many, many shows here in my youth. As a fresh-faced adult, I will definitely be going back at some point with my younger sister. They gave me a free book one time, which was what the show was based on. I read that book many times.
We've been to four shows here and were amazed every time. My husband went to acting school and is also impressed at how well they do. The acting, the stage, the production, everything is top notch. We just saw Rudolph for example. I'm 48 years old, I've probably watched Rudolph 120 times and have it memorized verbatim. Everyone was spot on with the script and voices. Not only that but they somehow figured out how to portray a TV show on stage. I can say the same for Charlie Brown last year. Very very impressive performances.
It was a very nice theatre nice seats could see the actors very well it as a great experience.
Customer service is lacking. I appreciate a small theater, but there is no call for hanging up on patrons, then not answering when they call back.
We have seen several shows here over the years and have ALWAYS had a great time!
The best show in town for children. And the cast is local talent!
We saw Elephant and Piggie play and loved it! Kept my 4 year old's attention, and that's truly a marvel!
Play was good, and really grabbed my attention, I expected it to be boring, but it wasn't
Fantastic, intimate theatre. Recently saw "Becoming Martin" and not only was this a very good play about an important era in Martin Luther King, Jr.'s life, but the setting in this particular theatre made it feel as if you were in the room. After the production the actors returned to the stage to take questions from the audience; making this an accommodating space for learning about the play, the art of acting, and all manner of things theatre, as the actors responded directly to a myriad of questions.
Easy access, great facility and wonderful performance. I will return!!!
I brought 90 kids to see the play this year. Absolutely fantastic and professionally done. The staff at the Coterie should be commended for the job they do!
Loved It The Show "Mr. Popper's Penguins" was such a great performance. Thank You to all involved in this production.
It was a nice place always love going there and there is also a ice skating rink there
Fantastic theater to take the kids! Educational and entertaining! Small enough that they had a question and answer session at the end. Highly recommend!
I had to sit on floor since no seats above. Terrible time never should risk a bad time
Very nice intimate setting for shows. "Becoming Martin" was a great and informative show with great talented performers.
Award winning live theatre for young and old. Excellent family place.
I loved our experience here! What an amazing team of performers they have. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys live performance
