This is a nasty company.
Rude and Racist staff who think it is acceptable to talk in a derogatory manner to people from an ethnic background.
I was so shocked by the way a manager called James Gregor spoke to my wife, she cannot speak English very well his attitude was disgusting, the comments he made about my wife s origin are wholly unacceptable in this day and age.
We only called this company because the builder TAYLOR WIMPEY said that we needed to do a financial check to buy a property from them.
We ended up speaking to the other company they use called NEW HOMES MORTGAGE SERVICES and they were wonderful, helpful, and allowed us to reserve our dream house.
We have written a formal complaint to Steven Ball and Peter Redfern of Taylor Wimpey to highlight in detail the issues we had with this company and the exact nature of the comments made which we believe to be wholly racist. We are also seeking legal advice and reporting this to the Police.

Please stay away from this company! we hope that nobody else has the same experience as we did with in touch advice.
