We re both so incredibly happy with the service that was offered. It s made the whole process of securing a mortgage SO much easier and significantly less stressful which has been ideal given we both spend a lot of time working. I think we genuinely would have been lost without InTouch supporting us through the process up to this point.

The experience has been fantastic, I couldn t speak more highly of it or recommend it enough.

From the initial point of contact which was Bev who dealt with a melt down here and there when I didn t understand things or was panicking, to the overall point of contact, Jorgia, who did the same and more as well as providing frequent communication, regular updates and support as and when we needed it as well as really working on the case and getting in touch with the relevant people to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible even given the times we re currently in.

We both couldn t thank everyone at InTouch, especially Jorgia, enough for all the help they ve provided and for how hard they ALL work to find a mortgage to suit all needs and situations, and basically hold your hand through the whole process.
