Absolutely outstanding service received from In Touch for a Mortgage application. Their turnaround time was outstanding, from start to finish was around a week a half from my initial meeting with the mortgage adviser Andrew Shields who was fabulous to actually receiving my mortgage offer. I do believe this was because the lady I was dealing with at In Touch, Georgia Williams was absolutely on the ball with everything, she was so efficient and helpful. If I could rate them more stars I would! I cannot fault the service one bit. Georgia was absolutely amazing, she was in contact daily with updates and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I rarely leave reviews but for their service this review is a must. I would highly recommend them to friends/family and I will always use them in the future. Massive thank you to the team for everything.
