Wow avoid this company like COVID19 the worst and most unprofessional company I ve ever came across!
16 long weeks of being messed about passed onto 3 different people being told different things constantly. No one communicates or has any clue what they are doing still waiting for someone to get back to us! Fortunately we went to 313 financial and had a mortgage offer within 16 days! We could of been moved 5 months ago if we just went to them first! Absolute bunch of jokers.
In touch financial are the worst company DO NOT USE!!! And would NEVER recommend.
