Great website, clear pictures posted and very quick response after I indicated that the bag belonged to us. It was just a shame that it took a long time during the Easter weekend before the found bag was placed. Tas was left in a Qbuzz bus on Thursday before Easter and was only placed on Tuesday. Everything super well arranged !!!

I also do not like the fact that I have already received a survey about my experiences while the item was not picked up yet.

All went so smoothly. Glad someone brought my jacket. After a few days to find on the website, send photo plus description and received a message within a few hours that we were a match. After a small fee for sending. I received my coat after 24 hours. I did not expect that fast. Thank you, great system and can't think of much to change for yourself. But do you like the quality of serves that you have now and on average people will be happy! Another big thank you!

Had a quick response, but unfortunately not realistic to actually get my item back. Pick up would cost me a 45 minute drive and a courier 16 euros 50 I thought this was not worth it for a small, fairly insignificant item.

I had already made an appointment 2 days earlier to collect my item. this had been approved and no employees were available on arrival. should be better!

Just get laughed at on the phone !!
I'm being lied to on the phone that they're on it!
After I often tried to arrange it, I was eventually able to reach someone directly at the organization where I lost my item and was told that none of ilost had contact with them.
Now very curious if I get my money back, but I have no hope in this very bad organization! Ridiculous that this happened!

How nice that you have introduced this system! Previously it was difficult to recover lost objects from buses or trains, but the objects will soon be on the site and you can also see immediately and be sure that it is your lost object. A few days later I was able to collect the object! A big compliment!

The bag was fine, but the way there is rather bureaucratic. The bag was found on May 29 not registered that evening. Sent to Amsterdam for unclear reasons, I was not notified until 3 June, then it took until 6 June in the afternoon before I had it in my possession again. Why didn't I leave Bag in The Hague, I could have picked it up there. Going to Amsterdam is very far and awkward. You have looked in the bag, so you would also have found a haag address. not practically all. But thanks that the bag is back with everything in it intact.

Fantastic that iLost places found objects online quickly and clearly. However, the problem was that at the transport company the employee who was dealing with lost property was ill. Our daughter lost her hug in the cinema. Calling the cinema turned out to be really impossible, but, the same day the hug was already on iLost. After having sent 1 message with the characteristics of the hug, we immediately received a message back that we were recognized as the owner and that the hug could be picked up. Really fantastic.

Mostly positive, because I have my shoulder bag and things back. Nevertheless, I find the lack of any possibility of personal contact very unpleasant. It will be efficient, certainly, but very impersonal, which does not do the feeling that you will get your lost item back.

It's nice that iLost gives you a chance to get your stuff back, but the times are really awkward because I'm still in high school. If you can only pick up your things between 8 and 15, that is just too inconvenient, therefore 4 stars.

Although having a lost item returned requires you to rely on a good samaritan, the pick up location of iLost is very accessible and the website is easy to navigate. The service covers several areas of the Netherlands and if only visiting, iLost provides a mailing service in case you have already left the country before your lost item appears. My only recommendation to the service is advertisement of iLost as even having lived in Amsterdam for 2 years already I was unaware that this service existed and I believe many found items never end up getting collected as many people don't know of this lost and found service.

Lousy site. My found object was only on it after more than 2 weeks. I could not post an I lost alert because the site said that Connexxion was not a customer of theirs. I never received an answer to my email about this, but I did receive a satisfaction survey! If Connexion wants to remain customer-friendly, they must get rid of this quickly!

Amazing! What a great service this is. Lost my phone in Amsterdam on a random bus. Within 24 hours it was listed on the website, I verified it and the delivery was arranged that day, couldn't be happier than if I hadn't lost it at all! If you ever lose something, lose it in Amsterdam :-)

Where do I begin? All annoyance. Leave the phone on the bus on Saturday evening, and immediately called the bus driver that he had been found. Monday I could pick him up if I followed the steps on GVB. Then the trouble started.
Found objects will only be published on the internet very late, with the lost phones being placed last (1.5 hours before closing time). As a result, a day is lost to retrieve your lost item.
In addition, there is no telephone contact to make an appointment. Office hours from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, if you work full-time where you can flexibly organize your own free time rather clumsy.
Not to mention on the phone line. The answer "you should be happy that your phone has been found" is not the answer you would expect from a company that calls itself professional.

Driver's license, ING pass, public transport card money and more! But shipping costs 15 and 'package' is not insured. On DHL site it would cost 6.50 with insurance ...

Almost wanted to give up, until something said to me, go look again and boom there it was, I had to wait a week. We are very happy that the bag is justified, because it was a very expensive backpack and with expensive games etc in it. We really got everything back and we are very grateful to the RET / ILOST.
