I have paid for my found backpack at RET Rotterdam to be delivered to an Uncle at Den Haag and for days now, He has not received the bag and no communication or whatsoever has been send to me.

I felt paying for the delivery would be much faster the reason i told Him not to go there personally for it.

Had lost my cell phone in the bus from Heerlen to Aachen. Mobile was found after a few days. Very easy to recognize, because of every object found there is a photo on the site that can be enlarged.
Also very nice that I can pick up the mobile at a predetermined time and that it does not have to be within a short time (I do not live in Limburg).
The service is free of charge, but having something sent to me is very expensive: 18 euros.

Found my stuff that I was EXTREMELY happy with, including my house keys, but the counter is closed and sending it costs a rib from my body. Nice that a courier can come to you for 20 euros but not myself ... Being without keys for a month and a half is a bit of a shame.

My claim was initially rejected. My claim was only granted after providing additional information. Rejection had occurred because not all items I described were actually in my bag. Unfortunately I had to conclude that these items were stolen before handing in the bag.

I lost the bag on a Friday afternoon. I was only able to check if my bag was registered on Monday afternoon after 2:00 PM. Rejection took place on Monday late afternoon and my response to it was not treated until the next day, so I could not collect my bag until Tuesday late afternoon. The bag contained my glasses, which I had to miss for 4 full days. It would be nice if there was an emergency scenario in the weekend for such cases.

Great help. I have now been rescued twice by ilost and the goodness of bus drivers .. from now on, pay more attention.

Lost my phn in a new country, never thought of finding it soon.

I lost a brand new camera on a tram in Amsterdam, NL. Kept checking iLost for a couple of days and it showed up. Just a picture of the case but brought to identify it.
