Never buy your kitchenware in Ikea. If you are a foreigner, they take advantage of you and provide you the worst service. We bought a kitchen one month ago and we paid everything, even the installation service, but they have our kitchen half installed. At last I had to complete the installation by myself. It costs 3200 Euro totally and they told us no warranty provided.

That food is coll and it is useless if you eat there what I think of all the pig roast to feed on Saturday

What can you say about IKEA? It's the same here as anywhere else, but it is conveniently close to the city, and you can even reach it fairly easily by public transit from Ostbanhof.

No nice atmosphere, the child care works an elderly lady who does not seem friendly, even to children in particular. I wonder what Ikea imagines under customer loyalty. Well, the coffers are overpriced drinks 0.5 L for about 2 euros.
I almost forgot, when asking an article has another employee with a not nice-looking and funny pitch responded.
That was my third visit to the Ikea and so with the last one.

Pretty crowded. Nothing to relax. No fast way from the restaurant to the exit. You will be forced to walk through the entire store.

Great place to get some furniture & household goods

Typical IKEA store, but part very disorganized.
Very few employees or consultants, partly I was looking for a consultant for 20 minutes and when I found one, it was from another department and could not help me.

The restaurant is so-so. Of course finished goods and this too at a pretty expensive price. For a really small rump steak with little fries you pay 12.95 , for two very small breaded schnitzel 6.95. The hotdogs, on the other hand, are typically good and cheap for IKEA. For a 1 and with refreshment for free refilling 1.50 .

What I find very positive is that you can make your own room in different departments on the PC. Here, for example, I have put together my own TV cabinet, printed everything out and you only had to look into the furniture self-service and gather your belongings from various high-racks.

At the moment shopping at IKEA is hell, you can see a lot of barriers and banners! If you want to go to the entrance you have to conquer a maze !!! The hot dog stand can only be reached by diversion! Therefore it would be advisable not to go to IKEA on Saturday. LG

Good selection, lots of parking, but the waiting times at the service are under all sow. A return takes min. 30 minutes.

Sufficient parking spaces available. Well-attended business. Nice and helpful staff.

Well, an Ikea ... Very good transport links, parking available, the usual furniture exhibition, but - drum rolls - nice, hard-working staff, all in all, can be recommended, except maybe on a Saturday ... but that's another story. ..

Simply underground customer service from IKEA - how something like this can still exist in times of Amazon & Co is a mystery to me:
- Wanted to return a mattress (50kg, cannot be folded or rolled)
- The mattress was delivered by a freight forwarder, but could not be picked up again
- So I had to rent a van for 50 and bring it back myself with the help of a friend
- Instead of just getting a voucher in cash (why ???)
- Tried to redeem the voucher online and received an error message
- Tried to call IKEA, no chance, the hotline is apparently 24/7 (or it doesn't exist)

I am frankly speechless. How IKEA wastes my time and money is just a cheek - my advice, rather spend a few euros more and go to a reasonable furniture store with customer service from 2020 (instead of 1980).

Complaints and exchanges take a long time according to the distance regulations - why these regulations should have an influence on this process is a mystery to me! But it's my own fault, probably my last visit and purchase at Ikea. Certainly there are more sustainable and better alternatives.

IKEA just. I knew what I wanted to buy but had to go to the counter and wait a long time to be told where to find the piece of furniture because it was not advertised on the PC (product search).

The waiting times at the counters are just too long and have been for years at every IKEA.

During the week to Ikea is great. It was empty and there was no queue at the cash register. Walk relaxed through the corridors. Almost chilled.

Slatted broken on delivery, exchange is only possible as an entire bed! ... that means dismantling and construction and a lot of packaging waste ... why not so flexible Ikea? Update: 100 meters queue for exchange or I stand at the hot dog

Well-run Ikea with lots of parking and an ideal location on the highway.

Return waiting time on a Saturday about 1 hour, Tuesdays 45 minutes. Slow and understaffed. Too bad. Otherwise ok.

I like it much better than the Ikea in Eching, looks friendlier. As expected on weekends during my previous visits, usually very full, not ideal for looking at furniture, rather stressful. With small children only More
