Catastrophic conditions in the upper parking area. You can only move in and out from one side or you have to reset everything backwards. Removing the barriers would save you a lot of chaos.
The quality was also better. During our last purchase (two chests of drawers, one mirror) we had two complaints due to insufficient processing. After all, we were able to clarify it easily on the phone and received replacements.

Everyone knows the Ikea :) it usually takes longer at the cash registers than for all shopping ... there is a pleasant range of food, lots of parking spaces and you can always find something there.

Very long queues at the cash register (waiting time 20-30 minutes on Saturday afternoon at the Expresskasse) which apparently can not be got under control. The conditions in the "restaurant" are just as ugly.
Definitely not a good IKEA. The availability is often not given. Once even not, although according to Internet still 39 pieces should be there. According to the employee, this is an inventory error. At the coffers you also often have to wait forever felt.

I have been sent through the whole store 2 times because of a table. What did I have from it? Exactly, no table.
The perfect place to find almost everything in and around home. Prices are reasonable and their restaurant serves really good food for very cheap (paid 13,78 in total for 4 breakfasts plus bottomless coffee). Family friendly and wide isles makes it easy to move about - even if it is very busy.
Like everyone else, you find everything at the right price
This furniture store is a really good furniture store, you really get everything you need to set it up.
But in all seriousness, you can cope very well, the food in the canteen / restaurant, whatever you call it, is pretty good, especially for the price. Beverages can be refilled free of charge, which you can hardly do more often than 3 times due to the high carbon dioxide content. I always got everything I was looking for, including a bread mix, which is really highly recommended.
The staff is normally very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this is NOT true for the colleagues in customer service. Too bad that the broken the very good picture. The customer service is untrained, unmotivated and carries the nose so high that one wonders how they actually came through the front door. This is certainly not true for all but unfortunately the two with whom I had to deal with it.
It is really always busy here. The goods unfortunately not always available but at least the staff give their best! I think that's great!

Good furniture store, delicious food, friendly staff, always worth a visit.
The store is huge. A lot of people, quite crowded. You need a minimum of one hour to walk the entire store. Goods like in other Ikeach. I do not like to come here. As for me, it is too big a crowd of people, sometimes you have to push through.

I do not have to write much about Ikea. How all the logistics are solved even with a lot of customer traffic is just great, from the parking lot to the hot dog. A really relaxed and friendly furniture store. And the furniture and products are for me and my taste just always a benchmark in terms of price / quality / quality. For me, the Ikea but gets a star less because the capacity of childcare for this size of market is absolutely undersized and I find it unworthy to advertise with a Smaland / child care offer and then in fact from Saturday 10 clock min. 1 hour wait to actually have my child supervised. Of course you can say, that you know that before and stop then on Saturday or on holidays to the Ikea, but often it is not different. And certainly you can be divided opinion, whether everyone must have a claim to children "deport" in the furniture store, it just annoys me just so nixht tu can plan and therefore "only" 4 stars from the family dad.

Today at the IKEA Munich-Brunnthal two new but already assembled parts returned, without invoice, only with delivery note. After a short wait completely unproblematically withdrawn and refunded purchase price. Thanks, IKEA!

Shop nice. The staff member at the stairs should work but their communication and friendliness.
Massive! Busy! Has everything you want! Lots of nice exhibitions of ideas for kitchen, bedroom, living room, etc. but there's too many people. My feet hurt. Rather buy online. The cappuccino was good though.
Is in Munich simply the best store, clean, friendly, and always good visit

The IKEA is unsorted to me and this prescribed route I like Schladen rather than I want to load through a and would not like to walk to the cash register in such impossible gears but that is not the concept that you can see everything and maybe something here and there laying in the basket. So all in one not my favorite load. But four other people who like that maybe a great offer.
For me, this Ikea is one of the most beautiful. Homely furnished. The plants in the plant department are lovingly placed in bright and beautiful rooms, I have not seen so in any IKEA so far. Bravo. The restaurant is also nicely decorated and clean, large and bright. WHOLE LOAD TOP

Nice place a little crowded on Saturday. But nevertheless very easy access by the 241 bus from Taufkirchen fron where you get the S bhan. Good food the hot pockets are good and if you get any drink you can have more if you want! the frozen yogurt is a favorite!
Well, a bit disappointed at first, because I wanted to rebuild kitchen fronts for a kitchen that was bought in March of this year (almost 4 months old), where it was then immediately said that this no longer exists.
Unfortunately, there was no corresponding notice when buying a kitchen.
Possibly not known or similar.
But what made me very happy that I was able to simply return the fronts despite slight signs of use, after a brief description of my case, without much discussion.
I actually didn't expect that.
The employees were also able to help me in other ways with the compilation of the shopping list for the new fronts.
Unfortunately, a front was paid for, it was not in stock and the employee at the self-service checkout was also very unsure of the system.
Otherwise no major problems.
All in all, extremely good service and very friendly.
