Great selection. At the weekend, millions of people. Shopping better during the week. Hundreds of parking spaces. Full service. Helpful and friendly staff, even if busy. Relatively cheap and very fast delivery service. Trailer rental for free.
So far, always positive experiences - Articles are in stock and sorted correctly, the canteen is clean and large enough during the week and at the cashier self-paid works flawlessly. Parking is sufficient and covered available.
In the customer service only Amazon can keep up ;-)

The Ikea in Munich Brunnthal is in my opinion the better of the 2 ikeas in Munich.

A big IKEA as you know it. Recommendation is to drive during the week, because otherwise it is always hopelessly crowded.

Large Ikea with a beautiful garden section and plenty of choice on site. Great parking directly under the building in the "underground car park" so that you don't have to go far (especially if you buy a lot of goods) The Ikea in Eching is not bad either, but it just has more to offer and I prefer to go here

Ikea presents itself with a feel-good character for the customer, it's not a 08/15 department store, fast shopping, fast shopping and then away. Since we could only go shopping after work, we had only one hour to get everything done. The staff were extremely friendly, although we took a lot of time and only after the closing time, when the last, the store left! At the cash register it turned out that my husband took only a part (of four!) Of the cupboard we wanted to buy. The very friendly lady at the cash register (cash register 10) gave him time to pick up the other parts and gave the security staff notice so that he was allowed to run fast. Then the team registered us nicely for the next day's delivery (it was already after the closing time!) And everything went fine. Really very friendly though we were such demanding customers. Reasonably priced furniture but poor customer service. Two manned service counters for 20 customers and goods issue for a shelf.
I advise urgently from the delivery service of IKEA to commission, not only the zugesgate appointments were not met several times and was then also delivered the completely wrong.
Ordered two of the same product by mistake. Got my product no problem but got given a card for money off my next purchase but I am replacing a broken item and leaving Germany so will probably not be able to use this card.
The usual IKEA, well organised, clean and tidy. Hard to reach by public transport and very crowded on weekends.
Thanks to corona restrictions, an interesting maze from the parking garage, barriers with barrier tape everywhere, the reference to the entrance ends in nirvana because it becomes the access for exchange. If not one of the various security staff had asked the queue, whether exchange or receipt, you would not know where to go. Can still be improved. In the shop you can move around freely, an incredible amount of information on the minimum distance stuck to the floor. Plastic boxes piled up at the cash registers in order to maintain the minimum distance from the cash register staff, which is of no use if you have items that you cannot put on the cash register belt and the friendly lady has to scan by hand.
Well sorted and modern IKEA house in Munich surroundings. Sufficient parking. A purchase here is much more pleasant than in the IKEA house in Eching. There is a star deduction for the increasingly sales-oriented product continuation concept and the decreasing quality of the products.
Our new plates are not perfect, but have been very cheap. They were not awarded as b-commodity, but almost all have small defects.
Very well maintained, lots of parking spaces, shopping trolleys available. Food was okay, there was no salad dressing at the salad bar. A coffee machine was broken. Toilets very clean.

The service for complaints is unbearable, endless waiting times with music and at the end no one reports. No help, no service. I bought the last time, but IKEA certainly doesn't
This is the worst IKEA I have ever known, otherwise I know the 3 houses in and near Berlin. In order to get a black shelf from the Metod kitchen range for an 80s wall cabinet with a horizontal door, I asked in the info about the kitchen attachment. The rugged lady sent me on to the 10m quick switch, where I waited 30 minutes to find out that these are not in the house, but you can order them online. I would have done it if I had only found them online somewhere. But at least I now had the article number. The other items from my shopping list were also not available, but it was a good thing that ultimately you always find something unpredictable in the self-service department and the way was not entirely free. I have visited this house many times, but unfortunately it was never better. All of our kitchen orders had been stopped because of the siphon! was not available and we only found out by chance because we asked. I had the idea to test the house in Innsbruck before, but I had to find my desired items online that the prices were higher there.
Ikea stop, lots going on here. Not recommended on the weekend because then many families are traveling in the ikea. Better to stop by during the week.

Two articles that should be available according to the online inventory were obviously not there. Very annoying if you went there exactly for that reason. Great furniture & furniture store, there is everything here. The only problem are long queues at the box office and with larger boxes long waiting time ... otherwise TOP! But nothing if you need something fast.
Friendliness of the staff grow ... but I have to emphasize that I was in the comforters department very friendly and competent advice. Attention: toilet at the restaurant is being renovated, yes ... not just one ... no directly all ... this results in the fact that even with small children back to the entrance must -> disaster. An employee's information: "Can not you read that stands everywhere, that toilets are locked." Prices for cold food too high!
