Great place to be on a saturday morning or afternoon. Not. Its totally crowded and you feel like a sardine with thousands of other sardines. Go early to this place. Normally you have to work during the week so people try to get their stuff there on saturday. to be there in the morning is recommended! And just try some hot dog ;)

All in all, ok. Staff is friendly and helpful, not intrusive at all. Clearly structured. Whining at a high level. The processes at the cash registers are very slow. Parking is good and adequate.

As a longtime Ikea customer, IKEA has died for me since today. Pax should be delivered on the 13th. Nothing came. Nobody called. The service hotline is a fake anyway. 2 days vacation, my wife and I invested in vain. We wanted to build. On the 14th the call of a weak German speaking person. I now also demanded the construction of the Pax and the reimbursement. On 15.10. a call to another person, again only broken German - no takeover, no apology, no solution proposed, no nothing! On the contrary, I still have to send my bank details as I cancel.
