Room ok, spa hotel accommodation. The hall smells like home, returning to the past in the hallways. Just like some 80's interior design. The room doesn't have a lot of dishes, cutlery, etc. Balcony looking ...

Level dropped like a cow tail. No more to eat here.

Perrymys. Staff sour. Shabby dirty place. No regrets even if the room only came with cold water. From the breakfast buffet, the staff gathered their fingers on their own plates with the phone in their ear.

Visited during the real low season. Only a few guests in the spa, nine diners in the restaurant. It is difficult to assess the functionality of the service at a time when the hotel is fully booked.

The floor of the spa is a bit slippery. Reason to move carefully. Only one shared steam room. Possibly congested if there are many bathers.

The restaurant was pretty cool. I would have needed more heat. The scamps of the appetizers could also have been warmer. The taste was just right, but the pallor was a nuisance. The main course was tasty. Meat frying suitable medium.

The spa is nice, but the hotel has gone quite a bit, ie it would need some renovation.

Spa Hotel Rooms 433 and 434 (combined) were very liking. The thing that caused us wonder was that even though the apartment was a small kitchen and even the dishes, the kitchen did not have water points, and the kitchen sink! ??

Will not be returning because the spa is very unclean and the restaurant food was really bad I mean the hotel room could me renovated and the walls inside were very scraped and dirty. Totally what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel

Otherwise ok, but the upstairs cafeteria should have a more varied food supply and more staff there.

We were the first time. As soon as the front desk when asked have you been there before, and then the trainee told us all the essentials just great exhaustively. The best place to vacation with children. We like to stay in a spa hotel, which is a connecting tube from the main building (300m) So you can access the spa from the inside. Apartment and Apartment for six apartments are spa hotel apartments.

The hotel is in a great location and the view is fantastic. The facilities in the hotel including the room was excellent.
The problem was spa's cleanliness though. The stairs leading to the water slide had clear signs of wearing and some dark green spots that looked like some kind of algi.
The trip was followed by 2 days of throwing up and visiting toilet like 30 times a day!

The spa was better than I expected. The facilities were comfortable despite the congestion. Additional minus service prices.

Our room was on the side of the hotel Terme. The room was spacious and comfortable, but really hot so heat. Tulessamme at room temperature of more than 30 degrees. Very disappointed. The room was booked for 4 adults, however, the room has a short and narrow sofa bed for 2 adults and only 2 single 90cm beds. The sofa bed is also broken. (Picture) I understand the sofa bed if the room has 2 adults and 2 children, but we booked the room specifically for 4 adults. The room shower really didn't make sense to go to (pictured) the terrace probably hasn't been cleaned in a long time (pictured). Spa hot tub, hot tubs. The pool water was cool, was not attractive.
In order not to go too negative so the sauna and breakfast were good. But still we won't stay again.

Good food as well as a dancing place in the indoor swimming pool can be found

The service is really bad from the restaurant's employees. Food delivery pumpkin really bad and special diet implementation failed. Anyway, you would need a reform all over the place. The two stars that children had something to do. No need to go again.

Some of the staff have no manners, rooms are dusty and stuck in the 70s. The spa department was a little disappointing in its size.

Water is wonderfully warm !! I love this place very much, I recommend you to visit the spa! Also very clean rooms !! And the room where we stayed even saw the outdoor pool from the balcony. The best spa in the world !!!

Very nice pool area. Also pools and water slides for children.

We were with the family on holiday and we went to swim at Ikaalinen Spa. I really liked it a lot. For the very young children there was a private pool and the bigger ones also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the slide. The showers were really cool, a big plus!

Great spa for kids, food buffet wasn't very special.

I put a bit of feedback on the past Christmas, the room we got from the door was ok but when we got inside the apartment we found that the floor was not vacuumed / washed, the radiator didn't work, the room was really cold down to the floor, so there was no point in .

Granny's a wonderful place. For small children and older people too

We lived in Terme and although it was old, it was really neat. The reception was kindly served. The same cannot be said of the service of the restaurant Violetta, the female waitress was stonely and we did not feel welcome. At breakfast, the male waitress welcomed tomorrow while collecting the dishes and it brought a good mood! The food at the dinner buffet looked tempting but lacked flavor. When large masses go there to eat, it would be important for handbags to be more prominently available. Now that jar nodded next to the checkout. Individually packed hand towels would also bring comfort to dining.

The floors in the pool compartment were very slippery. We saw several children slipping while walking. We also saw bloody papers in the trash sometimes in the showers, maybe someone had even fallen.

Although this spa is popular and traditional, you still need to invest in customer service. We stayed for the weekend, so maybe the long shifts affected the essence. We probably won t come again, even though there was no trauma left from the experience.

In the basics, improvement (lights do not work in the room, etc.), outdated facilities (old buildings far apart) and staff could pet a service attitude. The spa was left untried when we left in the middle of our stay.

The place is pretty neat. Spacious rooms and basic good hotel level. In drinks maybe a little improvement but yes these a'll be fine. Bread between end and sometimes frozen. Lunch and dinner good, though after a couple of days, it will start to play badly. The upstairs restaurant's pizzas were definitely a total disappointment ... the price is still high. Accommodation was arranged in another building called Spa Hotel, where there was a tunnel. The hotel was stale and old. He reminded me of the original state of the grandmother's condominium with his electric wire tuning. In addition, someone from Pikkarainen decided to come nailed to the balcony furniture of the neighboring apartments when the children tried to sleep in the sun. Just one star.

The restaurant Violetta was just stuffed so you have to wait for the dishes, but yes it starts out. The spa was clean and in good condition.

It used to be a great place. Great setting. Service in the restaurant a bit so and so. The spa was very pleasant especially for 5 years. Age starts to show up in this place but if you don t let it bother you will feel comfortable. Admittedly, the first time we go we bring our own lunch and skip the restaurants. The accommodation was 400 meters from the main building. On the ground level where you could have gone swimming.

Room cleaning poor. For breakfast, the coffee cups are dirty.

The spa was just right for a family with children, the child thought the best place. The gym was also well equipped. Easy vacation destination.

We were with your grandchildren on 23-25 July. We stayed great. Sufficient for children to do and not charge for everything separately. The price / quality ratio of meals was good. Just a soft bed. Staff up to the task.

Especially for families with children, Cumulus Ikaal can be warmly recommended. The best spa destination.

The staff was spinning like a lipstick and no one knew where to go or what to do .. Slow service and poor signage inside. Expensive and the exotic toppings of all 3 pizzas won't sink in ...

Businesslike and friendly staff. Quiet location. Spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast. Clean and tidy space. The spa facilities are open. Minus - the age is already visible. Overall: basic package. What was remembered: beets made of beets for breakfast, a bench in the shower and a colorful fountain in the spa outside.

Went there on a yearly evening (1800-2100) beer "visit" with my London hotel manager friend. Nice spa swimming area and interior is very clean and tidy. The hotel has a nice pub bar with lovely seating....however......it never seems to be open and always in the dark. The restaurant served only pizza (very few choices) and at restaurant prices but no table service. Past few years the restaurant did have table service now you get a beeper to collect food when ready (like a Hesburger when preparing your order). The buffet was located downstairs in the very quiet dance hall.

Our room on the floor had something sticky and seated on the previous occupant's chips. The food in the cafe was greasy and tasteless and the pool food was stagnant. Breakfast was good and the restaurant's charmant food was excellent. The spa department was pleasant.

Wonderful outdoor pool. More pool and clean shower & dressing areas. 2 out of 5 hair dryers broken. Especially in the outhouse getting to be old and old-fashioned, but this is due to the fact that the hotel is clearly not renewed.

The 2 nights in the spa was really enough. I haven't been to the 10th year and now the level had dropped a lot now it was sloppy and sticky. The level of cleaning in the bad restaurant and the hotel. Staff too little. Massage treatments were great.
