Went there on a yearly evening (1800-2100) beer "visit" with my London hotel manager friend. Nice spa swimming area and interior is very clean and tidy. The hotel has a nice pub bar with lovely seating....however......it never seems to be open and always in the dark. The restaurant served only pizza (very few choices) and at restaurant prices but no table service. Past few years the restaurant did have table service now you get a beeper to collect food when ready (like a Hesburger when preparing your order). The buffet was located downstairs in the very quiet dance hall.
