In general, we enjoyed ourselves well. We stayed at Terme, and in some respects it was a bit outdated .. Eg. Mini kitchen cupboards act as a bit of a burden, and some were locked. I missed the bathroom floor heating but, of course, the near the ceiling is heated drove the same thing. The shower drained poorly. I missed the extra pillows, bathrobes, towels could have been a few extra. It was nice that the TV was seen as Junior channel even if for some reason the TV "guide" does not toiinutkaan. The spa was nice as always and I really liked the fact all adults and children.

Everything went smoothly: friendly service, great versatility Sports facilities, both inside and outside, cleanliness, evening entertainment dances were a nice event.
A nice place to take a bath with your family. Neat, well maintained and great for kids wading pools. However, I would spend a romantic spa weekend with my spouse elsewhere. Dining expensive, service level ok.
For some reason we ended up booking a room in Ikaal. The surprise was unfortunate when it was really difficult to get inside the building with the strollers and there were steep stairs to the 1-year-old. There had to be a wall of goods to get out of there. 6v was quite thrilled by the flock. So with a little child, it's just the wrong choice.
Wonderful milieu, quiet place, pleasant spa department, only a steam bath could not be found, we did not notice the signs, but next time if the place is still in operation. Slightly dilapidated, but the milieu makes up for its lack. The draft problem in the sewers but well resolved. Beautiful wonderful place and especially the magnificent in the ultimate building on the ground floor from which from your own terrace you could run to the lake for evening and morning swimming. Awesome experience.
Spa in need of renovation. Water shallow in the spa with an average depth of about 1 m, the deepest points 1.4 m. Small spa area. We were in the spa for 5 days and from time to time my eyes started to sting and red. Probably because the urea and chlorine in the urine mixed with each other, so no purest spa. From the hotel room a long way to the main house with spa and restaurants. There were also no blackout curtains in the rooms which bothered some of the guests.
Breakfast just fine. Lunch and dinner buffet of poor quality. Quickly prepared plant food that is tasteless, watery, overcooked and rubbery. Dessert modest jelly and come up with. Our holiday also offered an evening snack which was also disappointing. Similar food was served daily at times.

We stayed at Hotel Terme. The first time we arrived at the hotel, in the corridor of the top floor I smelled really bad. The spa that cares for inattention. Often, as a guest with children, I cannot understand why the smallest playgrounds in my family's own area can be repaired. The play area was fine before and offered many joy.
We were 3 nights in Ikaalinen on autumn vacation with 2- and 6-year-old children. The place is familiar and safe and there is plenty to do for the whole family from frisbee golf to bowling and swimming. The playroom is large and the children have a great time there, in addition there was a games room for older children. The beach also has a great playground / play area. Our hotel room had kitchenette equipment with a decent refrigerator and was a good addition at least for our family. Breakfast was really congested at times as well as the restaurant in the evening. For the first time we also visited the downstairs buffet restaurant for dinner-The price had dropped to reasonable and the food was really good and we didn t have to wait for it unlike the congested restaurant. Afterwards, it annoys us that we didn t go there for several days to eat.

The service worked smoothly, the reception staff was polite and helpful, our wishes were fulfilled well. Children were well catered for in the meals. The spa equipment was child friendly. The grandfather was easy to move to the next decade. thank you
The place is already familiar with the celebration of several new years, so the experiences are partly comparable to previous years.
bad: - Restaurant offer. The Ikaalinen Spa does not have a low threshold list restaurant where you can walk in when you can order and order food. In the evenings, there is only the downstairs finest list restaurant, which should have a table reservation (this was not mentioned in the New Year's program) or a gala dinner (with reservations). Now some of the crowd was left without food. Previously, the spa had a low threshold list restaurant on the reception floor, which has since been disabled.

Clean renovated sauna, shower facilities. Pool area, slide just nice. We went to the tea-room to eat. Limsa was a pretty piggy 5.40e plo. 1/2 l in the swimming pool.
I thought I was more comfortable with more of my friends if the performer of the evening had been Popeda, etc. (Now we were a couple and the performer was "Dream Dreams" pretty good dance orchestra) but now these were the starting points. The room price of 104 euros (2 people 1 night) was basically okay but the room could have been more comfortable (the stove did not warm properly with 40min heating even though the thermostat was set to 80% power ... maybe it should be 100%). The supply was quite varied even though winter is. Good breakfast and spa side cozy (special thanks to sauna sauna for gentle steam). A certain evening performer when it was included in the price is also a positive thing. As a general problem in spas / hotels (i.e. not just roads) i like the price level with other auxiliary products ...... restaurant drinks / pool department drinks (though it was eye-catching, even snacks affordable), pitza etc. And no massage or treatments at these prices should be ordered at these prices But with my own car we brought our own drinkable / edible room to the fridge and the partner took care of the massage. Somehow I missed the information when I heard afterwards that you have all the sauna yoga, the sprung fire and the bowling at some price and at some price.
Warm water at spa, does need some renovation. Almost all the rooms are not at main hotel spa building. Long and cold walk to spa if you do not have room at main building. Breakfast nice and all did taste nice.
We stay at the hotel for two nights with our 2 and 4 year olds. Overall, the trip was very successful. The parking lot was well received by the hotel. We got the main room from Maining, the view of the lake was soothing. We had asked for one paddock in the room, but both children had their own beds finished, which surprised me. The room was otherwise sized and neat. The spa area was really nice with young children. Our children were lucky enough in the warm children's pools and in the pool and outdoor pools. There were enough water toys, not having their own. The spa had a quiet weekend in November, which was right for us. There were no sinks in the pools and saunas. The pool bar was also tried out and quickly got snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurants were pretty spacious in the evenings. The service was friendly everywhere. The breakfast was abundant enough, nothing extraordinary, but we were well. The kids also enjoyed the playgrounds both indoors and outdoors, so on a few days of travel time went fast. The key to the success of the trip was to stay at the main house in Maining, where you could quickly reach the downstairs spa and restaurants. Free use of the spa even on the day of departure after check-out was really a nice thing; we were still able to enjoy the holiday and the whistle all the time before leaving home. I recommend the hotel with young children, they have a lot of fun to do and there are clearly families with children in the spa.

The spa side is pretty nice to visit with the kids, the hotel is not at all in the main building. Here, the superior room is the basic room of a standard hotel from the 90s. Had a good time with the family, from the pros: not expensive, quiet, great breakfast. Of the minuses, everything is old but clean, the slide did not work in the pool, on Saturday the restaurant worked on request, so there was no place to eat (in Fri. the restaurant was open, the Swedish table was 15 euros for an adult, 10 children, eat as much as you want) or in the next restaurant where pizza costs 16 euros. Nearby there is no decent food and even shops.
Wonderful staff, awesome beach area playing with hot spots, good spa. Tasty food. The only downside is that there was no elevator inside the distant place. Difficult to move with the stroller. Even with a wheelchair, you should not stay at the hotel.

We often go with my little daughter on holiday in a spa. The service has been friendly and good especially recently. Small things make you happy. Rooms are also clean and comfortable.
Our room on the spa hotel side was clean but a little worn. The sockets were not even enough for a room lamp and a TV at the same time. The little kitchen was really good with the baby. The gateway to the hotel was also very convenient with the wagons, the only minus that there were no push-buttons on the doors, which would have made it easy to go. Spa and children's game and playrooms are good. The upstairs eatery has ended and down to become a "replacement" eatery. Bad thing. Bread bread, no good salad table anymore. And the price has risen. True bad when shrinking action !!
Expensive, outdated, staff commonly seems to have bad days. You can have some fun with a family of kids here, but you might as well take a discount bus ride to Vantaa and visit flamingo, and the cost might be basically the same, while the experience much better. Did I say: expensive. If I didn't, I'll say it: expensive.
