Very disappointed. The room was booked for 4 adult...

Very disappointed. The room was booked for 4 adults, however, the room has a short and narrow sofa bed for 2 adults and only 2 single 90cm beds. The sofa bed is also broken. (Picture) I understand the sofa bed if the room has 2 adults and 2 children, but we booked the room specifically for 4 adults. The room shower really didn't make sense to go to (pictured) the terrace probably hasn't been cleaned in a long time (pictured). Spa hot tub, hot tubs. The pool water was cool, was not attractive.
In order not to go too negative so the sauna and breakfast were good. But still we won't stay again.
