Customer service was good. Hotel Terme's room does not have modern ventilation, so the room was hot and the balcony door should be kept open to get fresh and cool air. The pool section was disappointing. There weren t many working places. Slide closed. The whole place needs renovation urgently.
The room was dusty and worn. There were not enough towels. Hopefully the place will be renovated soon.

Clean and comfortable hotel. We were with the grandchildren (2 years and 6 years) with the night. Good beds, good breakfast. Thank you! And .... the spa was so nice :)

We stayed in an adjoining building with really bad soundproofing, all the banging and the use of faucets in our room and we couldn't sleep for many hours in the hard beds. Very slow service at the restaurant, we waited for half an hour for food drinks and another hour for more after we sat for 1.5 hours and finally got the food down, the chicken was dry and my husband had no cheese, even for my 3 year old found two songs on the plate !! We missed a lot of food because it was already 23:00 and the baby was already very tired, but we got a little discount and apologies. Now scratch there restaurant !! I have read a lot of bad feedback restaurant, so something should change.

The spa side was great for a family with children, and there was no heavy congestion despite the number of midsummer travelers. The pools are quite small but you can swim in them. The outdoor pool was nice and there were also 2 hot tubs. The food was good but a bit expensive considering its size. We stayed at a hotel in Ikaalia. The place froze in the 90s. In dire need of renovation. Surfaces worn.

The service is quite miserable. Two events in a couple of months within Ikaalinen Spa and the same experience both times. In November, for the little Christmas parties, we got the food drinks ordered just before the dessert. In the bars, the service was pointlessly slow.

Today the service in the cafe was grumpy and we watched as the same dirty dishes hung on the table for over 3 hours. There were very few people as customers, at least not in a hurry.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, the breakfast excellent. The visit hit Friday night on January 20th. and the music in the dance restaurant wasn t dance music in my opinion, which was a little disappointing. In addition, the actual orchestra was announced to start first at 11pm and then at 11:30 pm, which we no longer had to wait for but went to sleep.
The most unfortunate thing was that even though I had already made a very good booking for pedicure and received confirmation from the treatment side, the treatment had not been booked anywhere, but I had to go home without it. Although a new time was offered for the same day, it did not fit into my travel plans.

The hotel s overall look is starting to be old. We stayed in Ikaal. The spa is modern. The saunas were particularly pleasant. Restaurant Rondo (?) Was a great disappointment in its quality. A great place for rehabilitation courses, as a spa, with the exception of families with children, it can be disappointing. The pool compartment is small, and there is no actual swimming pool, a great setting for spawning.

In summer the magnificent beach and sports facilities are comprehensive. Equipment can be found from a bicycle to a canoe and from an electric kickboard to frisbee golf, in winter snowshoeing and cross-country skiing offer options for paddling and sauna.

Really quiet and child-friendly place and area in general!

Extremely outdated and in desperate need of many urgent repairs. Water cake through the ceilings in several locations, and our whole family suffered from mold toxicity. The spa area is also old and worn out. I wouldn't recommend neither the hotel nor the pool area to anyone, even if it was for free.
