Waited on a by a friendly staff member, not super sharp, but nice. But experience was marred by watching the owner treat another customer with rudeness in a truly appalling display of poor customer service. She was unhappy with the work, he insisted it wasn't his responsibility. Whatever the details, the customer is always right, and should be treated with respect. Won't return there.

I was thrilled with my experience in doing my menu design and print here. Everyone so helpful and knowledgeable and it was all done in a JIFFY! I MUST MUST MUST return!

I have been working with Jiffy for years. They are fantastic to work with. Rob has been especially helpful over the years. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I took passport size 2 photos on Monday, no problem with that. Next day i realised that i required more 2 photos, they didn't click new photos on Tuesday, but just did printout of Monday photos and charged me full price. Both day i paid $23, for extra phots they should charge me $8.

In the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with designer Kayla Bullin on two colour brochures. Kayla made useful and subtle improvements to both my projects and was particularly patient, as I made numerous small but important changes to my brochures over several days. Her willingness to calmly and quickly make corrections was impressive. The quality and speed with which my copies were printed was also helpful, as both projects were time-sensitive.

I would not hesitate to partner with Kayla and her Jiffy Photo and Print colleagues for my future design and printing needs.

I needed some page sized transparencies printed that had to be dimensionally accurate and they delivered at a great price.

Excellent service in anything I've ever ordered. Owners are on site and the staff are very good. Never encountered an issue or challenge they weren't willing and able to overcome. We use them for business and personal work and highly recommend them.

Not a FedEx dealer, they just save you time to go to the airport. You are not guaranteed shipment or pickup at this location, it is a risk and therefore worth the travel for a guarantee shipment at the real FedEx at the airport.

They gave my package away to some random person. after my chasing and calling for a week for MY 80 package that is a gift they find it. it was opened and EXPECTED me to take it. apparently I have an addatuide for getting angry!!! they are a bunch of IDOITS!!

I'm a trained graphic designer and practicing illustrator so I'm picky with colours, quality and paper stock. I can attest that Mark offers excellent quality prints at an affordable rate and with a stellar turnaround time.

They deliver a top-notch product (everything from business cards, labels, canvas prints, and specialized print jobs in our case) with unbelievable customer service to match. I wanted a rather large photo printed on canvas as my wife's birthday present. After some on line research I decided to visit the store to get more information re cost & ability to match the brightness I can print at home. When I went back with my photo file we talked more & the young lady was very good at writing down every concern I had on the order & they were taken care of when it came time to print my photo. Photography is a hobby for me but a very important one & I've been at it for a long time and they fully met my requirements and at a very fair price compared to prices I found on the internet. My wife loves her present. Now she just needs to replace that red throw cover that matched the old store bought canvas that was hanging there.

I will never go back to that store. They were so disrespectful and rude. We were in line for 15mins waiting and then they told us to leave because they were closed. We told them we have been waiting for 15mins, they said well next time come earlier. We were there way before they closed and they still told us to leave. I will never go back there again.

My wife and I got photos and personalized mugs made here a few times and they came out great. Good quality photo paper, fair prices and quick service!

Terrible service! Screwed up my order twice...and zero sense of responsibility towards making it right. They do the minimum possible as far as customer service is concerned. Won't ever use their services again!!
