The service is a bit expeditious so make sure you understand what is expected of them when ordering.
The staff is all the same helpful and courteous.
I needed their services to make a copy of a poster bought abroad. When I came to take it back, the original and the copy were in a sealed envelope placed between two rigid boxes. I thought it was incredible protection and it diverted my attention from the fact that I should check the result before paying. Error, since not only the copy is absolutely different from the original (see the colors on the photos), but in addition the original was damaged by the personnel (see the photos of the folds). At the time I told myself that it was perhaps me who had brought a broken poster, but as the marks do not appear on the copy, it confirmed to me that I had not hallucinated and that the breakage was indeed the result of manipulation with copies of the capital. No message was made and as the poster has rather a sentimental value than monetary, the damage is not compensable. On the other hand, the effort to camouflage the error is a sign of the way the company treats its customers.

Fast, efficient and smiling
I went to Copies de la Capitale last week to order a business card. It is true that I had to wait a few minutes before being answered, because there was a small waiting line. On the other hand, I could note that several customers who waited in front of me had an attitude which left something to be desired and excessive demands for last minute work. The clerk who answered me (with a smile despite the comments from other customers) was very friendly and did everything he could to offer me the best possible service.
In the end, I am satisfied with the service I received and my business cards are magnificent!
I recommend all Copies de la Capitale, but take a few days in advance, they don't just have you to serve!

I had a print rush for my studies and no one could help me out. I moved to the copies of the capital with my usb key. Thank you for the good service, yes a little wait but we have to wait everywhere now! I recommend them to you.
Unfortunately very disappointed. Not to mention the slow service, I was greeted by a rather arrogant employee.
Then I did not receive what I wanted. I gave the employee a 2-page PDF to print on both sides. The latter tells me that this is not how it works (implying that I do not know anything unlike him). It digitally cut my PDF to make another editing and give me a printed copy completely different from what I asked.
I want to say that I have been a freelance graphic designer for 3 years with experience, so this is not the first time I print PDFs

Phew. Very bad service. The places are in poor condition. The self-service is closed because of obsolescence of equipment it seems. Can not place a quick order ... minimum 3 days can read on papers everywhere. I submitted an online order to print a coroplast movie poster and in the confirmation email, I was given a maximum of three days (which is already very fast as the delivery date).
Calling the day before, a very courteous employee informed me that my order would be ready in ten minutes, one day before the scheduled date !!
