Friendly staff. Great location. It would be 5 but the breakfast was overpriced.

Here for world race launch with 700 others and the Hilton has been great! Room was comfortable. Conference facilities were perfect and the staff helpful.
Well I waited and waited in the cold for their shuttle van that they said ran every 15 min but at 5:40 am I'm still waiting 40 minutes. I called hotel twice from phone kiosk and all I got was the van will be there soon. Fail...and yes I'm freezing and pissed. Shuttle arrived after 50 minutes of waiting. As far as the hotel, stay away if you need good Internet. Our meeting rooms were plagued by slow speeds. The wireless in the room sucked. This made work and presentations frustrating. Do not plan a meeting here. You will be disappointed if you need Internet access.
Good location, reasonably priced, and generally good. Bar was ok, but food choices were limited to something that a child might order. Being next to the busiest airport in the world, we did not notice airplane noise. Housekeeping was not the best, we had to ask for layers of dust to be removed from our room, and they were unable to consistently restock the room with coffee and towels.
The employees were helpful. However, if you are on an hour lunch break don't order from the restaurant on the main floor, it takes a while before the food gets out to you.
Love the hotel. Beautiful views of airport. Great staff. But rooms need updating. And room phone didn't work. And a/c won't go under 69.
Rooms, service, and food were great. We'll worth the stay
The worst hotel ever. We had issue with the shift manger due to cancellation for confirmed reservation. The general manger keeps hiding and don t want to resolve it. We had to leave to another hotel. It s worst experience ever.
I waited two hours for housekeeping to bring a microwave that I paid $10 for. I went downstairs to see if it was still coming up and called to see if they forgot about it four times! My family was STARVING! I m so disappointed in this hotel. Please, just put a microwave in the rooms if you all are too busy to bring one up when requested and paid for! Now, let s talk about the pool...there are closed pool signs in every window near both pools. I called the front desk to see if both pools were closed and I was told that only the outdoor pool is closed. I go into the indoor pool and it is disgusting. There was a pile of dirty towels and swim trunks to the right as soon as we walked in. It s not like there was a sign to put them there, people just put things all over the room and there was no one else in the room. I look over by the pool and there were dirty towels on the floor, it looked like they were there for days. The pool water looked dirty and clouded, so we looked over to the jacuzzi that looked clear only that was closed for maintenance too. We decided not to use the pool to be safe. Alright, housekeeping walked by my room and knocked once only to open the door right after. I had to yell that someone was in the room or else they would have rushed in on me. They kept wiggling the door knob at random hours, when they finally entered the room they did minimal cleaning and didn t even take out the trash. The room is basic and old, nothing special about it with basic cables of maybe 43 channels. I stayed here for three nights which wasn t cheap and I m not satisfied at all. I got the free parking, WiFi and breakfast room...at check in the agent did not mention how to go about free parking or breakfast. I didn t no the breakfast hours and there was no menu in the room. I thought this place was high quality and I m just disappointed with everything. I won t be staying at this hotel again, I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Very nice Hilton. Staff is great. Rooms are quiet and clean.
Great place to stay ... Only problem I had was with the WIFI
was very nice for the money other than the door to the fridge was broken and the windows were discusting from the outside.
Nice Ros and convenient location. Unfortunately front desk tried to assign our room to someone else, while we were in it.
Beautiful hotel, nice bar and restaurants and friendly staff
Overrated, lounge no longer open for executive room,
Check in and out was super easy. Room was very spacious and clean. In the king room was only a shower but it was nice. Two bottles of water from deli in the hotel is $10 so i would suggest to bring your own. Tried to call desk one time but no answer. Neighbors were super loud through out most of the night till about five in the morning.
I was therr to see Atlanta Radio Theatre Company
Great story, well performed.
The hotel was nice. The sink was clogged and the rooms could be modernized.
Great staff. Quick and easy check in.. prompt maintenance and room service. GREAT JOB!!!
Although the rooms were spacious and I appreciate a full shower vs tub/shower, the restaurant service was slow and inconsistent. I attended a 3 day meeting and was disappointed by the slow food delivery in each on the restraunts. The food choices were limited and often cold.
Friendly staff. King bed is very comfortable and the pillows are not cheap, flat junk. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is nice and well lit but not overlit. Shower is huge but the drain can't keep up so I stand in an inch of water.
Ate at the Finish Line sports bar and while the food was good, it was pricey. BBQ sandwich was good and the sweet potato fries were great. Didn't try the sweet tea.
Old clothes left in the room no cups for the coffee maker and very dusty
It's decent. I only give 4 because no executive lounge, no free breakfast for honors member and no gift shop!
I enjoy staying at the Hilton. It's always clean and comfortable with the friendliest staff
Clean, nice, friendly staff. No alarm clock in room, No refrigerator, even though there is a spot for one, no room service menu, time on TV was wrong so guide on TV shows what is on an hour past the current time.
The room and and services were good. Everything on property. Didn't have to go anywhere unless I wanted to. 22 dollars to park? Unbelievable! I have never paid to park at a hotel I stayed at. And that will be the last time I do!
When I have friends or family coming into town I always refer them to this hotel
Not a great place for airport parking if you're using the international terminal (instead of departing every 15 minutes, they depart every 45-90 minutes).
No hand towels in bathroom. Had to dry hands with toilet paper.
Very nice facility to attend a meeting at. Bring your own food though. The two restaurants are really expensive for what you get!
Nice room, great location. Parking can be an issue sometimes, but not a bad place to stay at all.
Parked for the airport. Seamless. Be sure to go to the back of the hotel for the shuttle. I found this out the hard way.
Location and rooms are great and the restaurants around the hotel are nice
Clean and comfortable rooms for when you get stranded at the ATL airport.
The hotel is clean and I was on a quiet floor which was great. It isn't close to a whole lot, but if you have about 15 minutes walk down to pitboss. Really great BBQ.
It was real a nice visit and the staff is always friendly
The hotel is attractive and clean. The food served was delicious and well presented. The conference room we were in was very nice.
Just called to arrange a room. I generally stay at spring hill suites or marriot gateway. So i arrange a room then they tell me it's $16 per day i leave my vehicle there while i am gone. Both of those hotels include the parking in the price for free. I am a hilton member and disclosed that. She said that is the policy. So i canceled my reservation. This is just unreal to me.
Had business at the hotel and the hotel staff was very friendly as they directed me to where I needed to go. The lobby was clean. We didn't spend the night so I can't speak for anything regarding that.
Accommodating, helpful staff. Nice rooms, shuttle service to and from airport.
Nice hotel. The italian restaurant has good food, big gym and two swimming pools. Shuttle service with an excellent driver Tina.
Dated and aging facility. Every single dining table in the restaurant is old and sticky. Homeless people were hanging out in the lobby with their pets. Parking gate doesn t work, leaving many people wondering how to get out at all. This facility is in need of attention.
Far from City, Not having right connectivity to city, most of the cab services are pretty costly
Our room was terrible no phone service the alarm clock docking station was broken, and there was hair on everything. I'm black why was I removing caucasian hair from my bed tub and towels, toilet was broken and when the issues were reported there was never any service.
This hotel has been my home for the past 4.5 weeks. They have the best sunsets on the side facing the airport. Literally a 10min drive to the airport and 4 minute drive back. The staff are very pleasant. 24hr gym
For being a Hilton, and paying the price you have to to stay here. I was very disappointed!! We reserved the room online and paid for it then, we arrive and they try to charge us again and double the price we paid online. We had a suite which you would think would be nicer then other rooms, WRONG the furniture was stained, the paint was peeling, the tiles and shower doors had mold on the edges, the "wood" furniture was chipped and looked bad, could've had a great view but all the windows were dirty, the room only had one USB plug on the alarm clock that didn't work, the mini fridge was useless since the air in the room was cooler then i side of it. Walking into the lobby it looks very nice, going into the pool was another mistake, it was dirty, there was a film on the top of the pool, the hot tub had a dirt ring around the top of it and someone actually wrote "not clean" in the dirt, the turn on for the Jets was just hanging out of the wall by the wires, and the jet barely worked. For a Hilton this one brings down the brand name. VERY disappointed in this stay after paying more then others in the area. Being a Hilton honors member, Questioning our decision on that now.
Attended a local fan convention, and was very impressed with the reception and work of the staff of the hotel. The whole staff, from management down, got into the spirit. Themed drinks at the bar, some light costuming (mostly hats), and of course openly admiring the many excellent cosplays roaming about. They were all super friendly and accommodating. The sports bar got badly overwhelmed by the volume the first night, but the manager was very apologetic and made the experience bearable. The rooms are clean and quiet. No locks on the bathroom doors in the rooms which I found a bit unusual. Otherwise pretty standard mid level hotel accommodations. Overall it was a great experience. Looking forward to returning next year!
Good food (for bar food), especially the wings, but very slow and awkward service.
Lovely Hotel. Great service. Good food. Recommended
We had to pay $20 a night for parking (ridiculous) Would have been nice to know we were next door to cheerleaders. The best part is Internet in the room is $16 a night
I always enjoy my visits. Rooms could be updated a bit, but staff is friendly. The food is great!
Comfortable place. Sleeping rooms somewhat dated. Very nice staff. Conference services were good with average meals. Service was good.
Didn't stay overnight, used hotel for airport parking. Seamless parking with very nice attendants. Very close to Airport and easy access to I-85.
As to he expected from a corporate hotel, nice clean but a bit dated and staff is efficient but could be friendlier.
In town on business, and how this hotel has a 3.8 rating on Google is beyond me. Past reviews assisted in my selection of this hotel, but the above average rating is skewed. This hotel is old and filthy. The carpet in my room was torn away from the door threshold creating an unsafe trip hazard, there were half full beer glasses outside my door when I arrived and still there when I checked out. There was a used coffee pouch in the coffee maker, and speaking of coffee, only decaf was available for my in-room coffee maker. Perhaps this is how they guide customers to the lobby coffee barista.
My colleague's room was filthy and her television was inoperable. She contacted the front desk, who in turn sent a maintenance engineer to verify the bad TV. Said they would return to replace it in 15 minutes and they were never heard from or seen again.
This was the first of many trips to the Atlanta area, and I can guarantee we will never use this hotel again.
Not as impressed as I should be with this high quality names hotel from the not so comfortable bed and lack of small detailed maintenance. I am very impressed with how the hotel was very quiet and well located. The staff is very nice, friendly, and professional. There are plenty of restaurants located within walking distance. Breakfast was good with plenty of items to choose from but very expensive if you have to pay... I was glad I was part of a group rate and the breakfast meal being included.
Room was filthy and bathroom smelled of pee. The air conditioning didn't work so we sweat all night and had a horrible night's sleep. This was the first and last stay at this Hilton.
We stayed here as our flight was delayed to the next day amd Delta gave us a voucher for one night. Check in took around 30 mins as they were busy, we got our keys and headed to the room, they gave us a room with 1 king bed, we are a family of 5. Headed down to request a change but they could accommodate us as they were "full", they provided us an extra bed which was good, we were staying only overnight. Headed back to the room and the room was hot. The lady that brought us the bed was nice enough to bring us a fan. We called down for maintenance, the AC tech came, he told us that the AC unit for that room was broken and the front desk knew it but still, they placed a family of 5 with an infant on that room. The AC tech was going to bring and extra fan but called the room that he couldn't find an extra one as he called the reception to have us placed into another room but it was "sold-out". The experience was the worst, not what you expect for the name, "Hilton", will NEVER stay in their hotels again. They don't care for the customers.
Stopped here only for the Hertz car rental. Pick up was relatively fast and easy.
We had two stays, unfortunately we could not cancel the second as it was prepaid online. The first room before our departure for vacation had no refrigerator the room was otherwise okay, we decide not to eat at the sports bar because there are few choices, we walk down the street to a restaurant where a man is being escorted out of a restaurant by the police, crazy, I do not believe that is a safe area to walk in even though it was suggested by the front desk. Room 2, return trip was a little better, it had a refrigerator that sort of worked, we got food from the herb in kitchen, food was good but overpriced $10.50 for a salad, we spent $50.00 for a basic lunch and refreshments and last but not least the aroma of marijuana in the elevator and hallway was just ludicrous. This is not what I had come to expect from a Hilton property...
