One of, if not the best hotel in cannes. Luxury at its finest. One of the most romantic beautiful settings I ever spent a few nights away in. I will be back and for fellow explorers even if for one night you deserve to treat yourself to this experience. Very highly recommended

Visited with a friend for Brunch a day after a huge storm hit Nice in November 2019. Delicious food, so many options and plenty of mimosas. The kindest of service. However we noticed how much food was left at thrown away at the end... really sad to see that. I hope they give it away when possible.

Impressive luxury location. The classic building has an impressive flair. A place you must see when in Cannes. A special room is the old ballroom hall. If you have a chance take a look. Sunday buffets at the Carlton offer a wide choice of starters, fish, meat and desert.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, the quality of service has always been above all, and the food has never been disappointing. By cons there, I'm afraid of a new area, catastrophic service, restart the server for everything, very small portions. It is not what it used to be. Pity !
