We went to see WWE and had seats on the floor and for what we paid the seats were not good so cramped you had no room to move and could not see. Was not happy at all the chairs were very uncomfortable. Will not pay the price for tickets to set on floor when you have better seats up off the floor.
Love going to events here. But, I've noticed food on the upper levels isn't as good as food on the lower levels. Just my opinion.
Great concert but prices too high for snacks and drinks
Great sightlines for the game. Plenty of unique food and drink options in the concourse. One of my favorite arenas in the country.
This was my first time here and it was for a Predators game. It is a pretty cool place, tons of food selections, easy to navigate, and might I mention the beer fridges that are spread around the venue are simply awesome! So much selection.
Excellent concert venue....once you get inside. Getting in is total chaos.
Like no other NHL experience! So many jerseys, music is incorporated into the game, and learn the chants. The ambiance is like a European soccer match with ice.

Nice facility. Easy to locate your seat and if you happen to have trouble plenty of staff near entrances to assist you. Was able to enter the arena pretty quickly hardly any waiting.
I seen the best concert of my life here. I highly recommend going to see a show there.

Wow. What an arena. Only bad thing is the drunk people being so close and having to get up and down. Especially when you are at the very highest seat level. We were in Section 325, Seat M

First time there and it was amazing. Our seats were very high up for the ELO concert. Our daughter had some vertigo and we couldn't stay at our seats. One of the workers helped us and moved us closer to the floor so she would be ok. Very accommodating and thoughtful employees! !!
Well laid out venue. Clean and easy to navigate to your section. Staff was friendly and restrooms were clean.
Hockey is an extreme sport!! The venue is very nice and well run!! Bring you big wallet!!
Awesome facilities! I was there for a concert and it was very easy to get around.
Very impressive new stadium that hosts the Nashville Predators and concerts etc. Some nice spots to eat and drink, including a few outposts of local businesses like Yee-Haw brewing. One downside was that bottled water was $5 and vendors wouldn't provide tap, nor a cup to fill from the drinking fountains.
The Sesame Street Live show was better than expected and the prices were so reasonable. Ihad taken the grandkids to Opryland for a show and it was outrageous and couldnt hold a candle to this one. The vendors at this were very nice.

Great arena to see just about anything, Great parking in the area, watch out for parking deals. Of course it is right on Broadway so plenty of places to eat and drink before or after the shows.
For Preds game "drop off" you have to circle east on Broadway. If you are using a wheelchair, you have to roll/push to 5th or 6th Ave intersection to get on the sidewalk.
It's disappointing that the traffic guards will NOT let you drop off on 5th Ave in front of the entrance.
This is an amazing NHL arena. The seats are comfortable, there is not a bad view anywhere, and the staff is very friendly!

Across the street from the Nashville honky tonks and the mother church of music is the home of the NHL Predators and a nice place to see a concert.
For the sake of profit they have jammed so many small seats into this place it crazy.
The seat are awful!
This is one of the better concert and sporting venues I have been to in the southeastern US!

Very nice arena. Great atmosphere and food options. If you are 6 foot or taller you'll be uncomfortable in the small seats built for children...
Worse than the worst TSA "security screen" you have ever experienced... their onerous entry rules are just meant to harass.... never again!
