A lamentable welcome at the bar where the hotel manager treats with disdain all those who are not flashy Saudi. No respect

Last night, visit the Carlton bar for a business meeting that turned into evening fun and relaxation once the meeting ended!
The cocktails are exquisite (perfect dosage) and the service is really very upscale.
Indeed, the waiter is attentive and attentive without being too present ... the big class!
Sincerely for 25 , we are projected in real luxury.
An outstanding pianist was playing last night (maybe every night, I do not know ??) and he is way above what we usually hear.

There are only the toilets that I had trouble finding (maybe because of the cocktail;) because you have to get out of the bar and go to the lobby of the palace to find them.

Our superior room was very spacious and comfortable.
The restaurant room is truly exceptional, as is the buffet breakfast service.

Pleasant stay with iconic communal areas. Great location, with amazing provenance however, rooms would benefit from a makeover to keep up with it's competitors - certainly not 5* as a result. That said, the competition do not match the external of the Carlton; beautiful building.

Excellent food, excellent service (attentive yet unobtrusive, friendly and yet not familiar), unique historical location. You feel like (movie) royalty! ...a must in Cannes.

Very bad service, we reserved a table and when we showed up the staff didn't know about anything. Instead of offering us an alternative they began to be unfriendly ...

InterContinental Hotel was built in 1911 on the coastal boulevard La Croise, overlooking the bay, the Bell Epoque-style facade and its own beach and pier. It is 800 meters from the Festival Palace Palais des Festivals in the center of Cannes.

it was great to stay here with wonderful atmosphere, good staff and also great breakfast at the terrace. definitely i want to stay again if i visit cannes someday.

Needs to be renovated. The history here is great and maybe 30 years ago it was great. A little weathered and wish service was better.

Iconic building amazing location and wonderful service. Fab beach club. Great breakfasts too. But hotel not authentically French in any way particularly the brown uniforms. Plenty of irritations like 11 euros for a bottle of water. Wifi is extra and expensive. And rooms are nowhere near best in class and desperate for a refurb.

Despite the fact that the hotel is beautiful, I am indignant about the quality of the equipment available in the suites: the coffee machine was down and nobody has managed to fix it. I still think that in a 5-star hotel the coffee machine must walk. And wifi is a disaster, impossible to load a single web page. Otherwise the staff is very nice. The rooms are very well done.
