IHG Carlton Cannes Review

Historic and conservative Nobelherberge at typical top location, nice staff and perfect service. Not for the tight budget, but this area is well known.

Who knew the splendors of the carlton beach buffet 20 years ago will not find his account. Waiters interpellating over your heads, fast food buffet .....

We spent the weekend in this hotel. A building by the amphibian, in the center of Cannes (in total a small town), 5 minutes from the Palais Palace. There are better and worse apartments there? I had a 2-person standard: stylishly furnished (because a stylish hotel) as it required a minor refurbishment for me. The hotel staff could not be faulted, generally the stay was a good one. May I come back someday?

In Cannes we do not stop, no longer going to the Carlton since the top floor of the palace the best restaurant on the coast has been replaced by a suite for Arab princes ... it is true that the installation, older, A casino at the same level was not a good omen ... The breakfast served in the room is composed, from one day to another, according to the whims of the staff that does not even seem to take revenge for having to push in the floors its trolley, and as for the decaffeinated coffee it is proposed lyophilized in case, to make soluble in a barely warm water. In the summer we can only dine on the terrace, where the new clientele - that we are now fleeing - shows off in the morning for the first food of the day especially when it has to settle for a room other than on sea.

Excellent Hotel offering all the Luxury needed. Very good restaurant at the beachside. Rooms vary from 300 US dollar till 3500 US dollar but no matter what room you are in this Hotel just makes you feel special. Try a room with seaview and dont forget to have a nice lunch/dinner at the beach :)

I love this hotel the most beautiful of the Riviera! The staff is very caring with their guests. We do not want to leave ... if I had the means i would hesitate all year
