If you need products quickly, you should call and validate that they actually have them in stock. Unfortunately the stocks mentioned on the site are not up to date. After 4 days since I placed an order, I was called to announce that only one of the 4 products is in stock (for the rest of the appliances they could not tell me a deadline when they would return).
I made the advance payment for the products, but the difference was returned within 3-4 days.
Unfortunately for the lack of stocks, their website is easy to navigate and the variety of products is great.

I ordered an Asus laptop on Monday 20.11.2017, with confirmation from the lady from the call center that the product is new and not resealed. I received the product on Thursday 23.11.2017, but it shows traces of disassembly, more precisely all the screws on the bottom are damaged.

I ordered a Black Friday stove, delivery time 7 days - attention, it is working days although not specified. I understand it's a busy time, but after placing the order there is no way to track the order. After phones and emails, we noticed OPC. I finally received it after 3 weeks ... Delivery was free - that is, up to the door of the block, I preferred to pick it up directly from the Cargus warehouse to avoid further delays. Very good price but you do not have the warranty of the order.

The battery had a defect - 2 pores (from the factory, most likely) through which the water dripped after I installed it. The problem arose when I requested its change. It was checked on delivery and it seemed ok.
When commissioning and removing the protective covers I noticed a defect in the door from the freezer.
The freezer door protection bracket was incorrectly mounted from the factory and left a trace on the inside edge of the door.

Terrible customer service.
I placed an order for a product that appeared in stock however they mailed me that it's not available and offered to sell me something else. I offered to wait until the stock becomes available, however a very rude and unprofessional employee canceled my order although it was already payed for. I will never buy from them and would advice everyone to look elsewhere if they want professional customer service.

False advertisement hard, leave bomb products on the site and then announce that they are out of stock. They ruined my Black Friday. I ordered two products. I called and emailed them several times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but they did not respond. I bought from them twice. The first time the product was in good condition and this attracted the second order. For the second product the package was intact but when commissioning I found defects inside the product (an oven) those from the call center said that it had to be checked in the presence of the courier. An impossible thing to do for this kind of products, I could possibly ask the courier to wait for a dish to confirm the functioning of the product. In conclusion, if you feel lucky to order from them, if there are defects you will be hit by a string of phones that no one answers and the horrible attitude of the call center. DON'T WANT THE EFFORT AND STRESS OF ORDERING THEM FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE FROM A REPUTABLE RETAILER.

If you want a product, take it somewhere else.
