I bought from them twice. The first time the product was in good condition and this attracted the second order. For the second product the package was intact but when commissioning I found defects inside the product (an oven) those from the call center said that it had to be checked in the presence of the courier. An impossible thing to do for this kind of products, I could possibly ask the courier to wait for a dish to confirm the functioning of the product. In conclusion, if you feel lucky to order from them, if there are defects you will be hit by a string of phones that no one answers and the horrible attitude of the call center. DON'T WANT THE EFFORT AND STRESS OF ORDERING THEM FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE FROM A REPUTABLE RETAILER.
