I ordered an Asus laptop on Monday 20.11.2017, with confirmation from the lady from the call center that the product is new and not resealed. I received the product on Thursday 23.11.2017, but it shows traces of disassembly, more precisely all the screws on the bottom are damaged.
As a result, Monday I will address the ANPC, because these people (Ideall.ro) do not want to solve this dispute, because the product received by me has traces, and they can not return it to the supplier and apologize for the fact that this problem is on transport:)) ... and more than that, in a discussion they had with me they asked me to file a complaint where I want, I quote: "Even the police can go".
I also contacted Asus Romania, and they informed me that this product does not have a guarantee as soon as it has traces of disassembly.
My luck is that I have prepared ahead of time and unlike them I have evidence attesting to the truthfulness of what I say and what I have to say against them. Newer they also gave me a block on facebook after I left a comment on a post of theirs.
0% professionalism, maximum incompetence, I do not recommend, better paid extra but buy from reliable stores not from this kind of stores.
