I ordered a washing machine for my mother in Buzau

Lie: on the site it says that they have delivery to the house and I also confirmed by phone. It basically delivers to the house if there are two people in the car, otherwise it leaves the product in front of the block

Seriousness: When the courier came, I called them to solve the problem in some way and to bring the washing machine to the house. They didn't do anything they just said "sorry" and that's it.

If it was not the situation with COVID and I would not have paid in advance with the card I would have left the washing machine in front of the block.

I will never buy from them again!
