If you need products quickly, you should call and validate that they actually have them in stock. Unfortunately the stocks mentioned on the site are not up to date. After 4 days since I placed an order, I was called to announce that only one of the 4 products is in stock (for the rest of the appliances they could not tell me a deadline when they would return).
I made the advance payment for the products, but the difference was returned within 3-4 days.
Unfortunately for the lack of stocks, their website is easy to navigate and the variety of products is great.

Unfortunately I know someone who placed an order for a washing machine and it happened the same (money blocked for online payment, but the product out of stock). It seems to me that I do not understand the expectations of consumers ...
