Appalling !!!

Appalling !!!
I placed 3 orders on this site and each time I was informed that one of the products is not in stock and I am waiting 2-3 weeks for the money to be returned to the account.

Another problem was when I appealed to their goodwill to replace one product with another but I was struck by a painful indifference. I repeat, I only needed one exchange and I was willing to lose even 500 RON out of a total value of 1700 RON in this exchange, but those from the ideal did not even bother to respond to an email.

SHAME ON YOU FOR THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CLINETS !!!
