AVOID as much as possible this "store" !! It's a gamble for the customers and if you want to change the ordered product or make a return you will consume your nerves and money !!

I received a broken sink in 2 and drilled it on the side and I was refused the return because I did not check the parcel upon receipt.
The fact that the courier ran away immediately after receiving the money and did not wait for the parcel to be unpacked due to the rush and "he just brought the product, sure is what I ordered there," seems to have mattered.
And anyway, since the possibility of checking a package, it is considered OBLIGATION and prevails over my LEGAL right of return ??!

I signaled the non-conformity of the product both by email to the company and I tried to contact the courier, 15 minutes after he left ....
The result: the email was answered after 6 days, and the courier, although he had 14 unanswered calls on the phone, did not wish to answer.
I am not talking about the countless phone calls to the call center, from which I chose only with promises: we will return with information, I will talk to colleagues, they will call you ... of course none of this has happened.
After I delivered the product to the warehouse, Ideall committed that within 48 hours I will have an answer regarding the return. These 48 hours turned into 15 days, during which time I was ignored by email and walked by phone from one employee to another.

Their conclusion was astonishing: the return is denied and the responsibility is my exclusive, because I did not open the parcel before giving the courier money.
Also, they are absolutely convinced that the product, since it is in a sealed box, is also whole and could not be damaged during the transport / handling on the supplier-warehouse-customer route, but I, within 15 minutes of taking it, as a miracle, I managed to break it in two and produce 2 holes on the side, all under the conditions where the edges, corners, bottom and top of the product are intact, as evidenced by pictures.

I consider the solution offered an abuse and a violation of the law regarding the return of products, as a result I will address to the competent authorities in this regard.
